[COMPLETE] A few missing original publication dates

Just a quick fix - two books on my shelves are missing their original publication dates. If somebody could add them, it would be very much appreciated.

The Fall of the House of Usher and Other Writings - The earliest edition of the book listed on this page is dated 1967, and the copyright page in this edition states the same. Can't provide a more specific date than just 1967.

Black Vault: A Short Story - August 8, 2023

Duma Key - January 22, 2008 (the book's original publication date has the month and year, but the date is missing.)
