Can You Please Add My Book to an Existing Series

Could you please add my book "Vanish" (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...) to my existing series "The Royal Chronicles" (https://www.goodreads.com/series/3670...)?

Also, Amazon created the book in the system before I could and it's listed under the wrong Camille Peters--mine is the one with two spaces between the first and last name, not the single space that Amazon seems to default to whenever it creates my books. Could you please switch it to be listed under my name? Then I add its missing cover that didn't transfer from the Amazon page. :)
