Requirements to add a new book not yet for sale

Hello,

I am a new author trying to add my first book so that early readers can start adding reviews (link to Goodreads post: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...). The book release date is in early 2024. I have all details except a cover. The book can’t yet be found in online shops as it is too early for me to start pre-orders; it is, however, visible on my own website (linked in book post). Pre-orders will begin a month before release.

The request has been open for some time now and I see the view count for it has gone up to 35, but there is no response. I would like to understand whether the delay is simply due to librarians being busy, or if something essential is missing to my request (such a way to verify the ISBN perhaps).

If the problem is the ISBN, how can I provide proof before the book becomes listed for pre-order?
