Foreign language default editions overtaking Goodreads

I noticed this. GR tech has really gone into the crapper. I have no idea if they've noticed (but how could they not?), since there's no Feedback group anymore.
I searched for "Ulysses" the novel today and dozens of pages of results came up......the one by James Joyce wasn't until p. 10 of the search results. Absolute crap. The search function has always been weak, but it was never THAT bad previously.

Instead of showing the most popular edition as the default, it seems to have switched to showing the least popular edition? Or at least that's as close as I can figure.
Absolutely useless for finding books. Is there any comment on the Librarian group about this?

I guess this means we shouldn't expect any fixes until after the weekend. In the meantime, no one should be doing duplicate checks on Listopia. It's going to convert everything to foreign languages.

But you're right that there doesn't seem to be much movement on it.

Thanks, Liralen!

I did notice the bug seems to be *mostly* fixed, not totally fixed. Brit Bennett still has Le cœur battant de nos mères showing as the default edition for The Mothers.

The GR catalog has for some inexplicable reason started listing foreign language editions as the default editions. Is anyone in charge aware of this?
As if the Amazon bot wasn't bad enough, this will destroy the utility of Listopia if it's not corrected soon. :(
