Please add books to a series

I'm currently reading the Protectors of Pretanni series by Mike Mollman, and his series and books need a lot of help being organized.

Book 1 of the series looks to be properly formatted as part of the series, but book 1.5 and book 2 are mis-named with the number and series name as part of their titles, and they are also not included in the series page here:

There also appear to be double listings for all three of the books, and it seems like all the book pages with no ratings or reviews should get deleted to clean up his author page.

Thanks @Liralen it looks great! It's a new self-pub series that I'm hoping can find a bigger readership and this should be a big help for the author who is very new to all this!
