I am looking for a book i read a while ago about a man working for american intelligence with his wife who is then kidnapped by the american intelligence and tortured for information he doesn't have. He was specifically released after being waterboarded at which point they realised he didn't have the information they wanted. He discovers his wife was faking her life with him and pretending to love him in an attempt to watch over him for suspicious behaviour or to get information out of him ( I can't quite remember. She did this because she was with the same intelligence group they worked for (Might have been a different group).

The book starts with the main character doing parkour around the city, and talks about how the wife calls him "monkey man" or something similar. Not far through the book he gets kidnapped by an intelligence agency and taken to a black site and tortured. He is released after being water boarded and put back in society. He tries to buy a false identity but fails. At some point in the book there are plot points of him getting in a shootout and shooting people kneecaps. He also goes to a bar and gives a secret code that lets him recieve help and weapons. There are also plot points to do with possible terrorism and another point where he teams up with someone and has documents forged on a cargo ship.
