ABANDONED. Girl moved to new neighbourhood that is apparently shady and falls for her male neighbour who is shy and mysterious, also involves a neighbour who is dangerous??

Help me guys,
I read a book about 3 years ago that was in the romance/mystery genre an involved a girl with a past who moves to a new neighbourhood which is apparently a little scary and meets one of her neighbours and falls for him. He's really mysterious and seems to have a slightly shady past but she still wants him. But also in the neighbourhood is this guy who is apparently a murderer and she feels as though he's coming after her and so she goes to the shady guy for safety but I think he was dangerous too. Also the neighbourhood has a massive reputation for being scary and slightly haunted I believe.
Please please help me with this, I've been looking for it for ages!!!
