Hi Rosalie,
There would be nothing in the Manual, as this is nothing to do with librarians. We are volunteers who do book cataloging & stuff like that. I'm not sure if Support (Staff) will do anything about this, but they are the ones your friend needs to contact.

Edit: can you please remove the link to the member as this is considered calling out & not allowed in this group.

Thanks for the reply. I do know that this isn't something we Librarians can do. But I read that a moderator can delete a user if they are repeatedly breaking the rules. I'm hoping a moderator will see this, as the person who contacted me has tried support.

As noted by the librarian in Msg 2, this issue is one for Support. Since you want to direct your message to a Librarian Group Moderator, put "Attn: Jaclyn" in your Support message topic.

Hi Rosalie! For these types of requests the best path forward is to email Support. The team will evaluate the profile to see if they're breaking any of our rules.
Thanks for removing that link to the member's profile. 😊

This is the message from the member who contacted me:
"This reviewer is bullying and harassing authors. They have over 8700 reviews and the average review is 1.05 stars. Their entire account is just designed to give authors low ratings for no reason. This isn't what the spirit of Goodreads is about."
Thank you for your time. I couldn't find anything in the Librarian Manual that dealt with this type of situation.
