Unable to List a Giveaway

I am unable to list a give away for my book. Yes, the ASIN is correct. Yes, it is reflected on both the Amazon sales page and Goodreads page.

Yes, I have reached out to your support team multiple times to hear nothing back. Yes, I have asked in the Q&A section.

This needs to be corrected. It should not be this difficult and demoralizing to post a simple giveaway, but as usual Goodreads seems determined to make it as aggravating as humanly possible.

This is the book. Let's see if someone actually bothers to help the 12th or so time around.

Hi Sienne.

Librarians are volunteers. We are not staff. This includes Supers.

We don't even have access to the Giveaway part of the site & we don't have any special hotline to get hold of staff.

I've just checked your book record & it looks fine.

All you can do is keep trying Support.
