Unknown book title! Help!

When I was in middle school I read a book about a pre-teen (ish) aged girl. This girl went to stay at her grandmother’s house on the beach for the summer and regularly visited a nearby boardwalk and befriended a younger girl. I think the cover was the main character standing on the boardwalk in a blue tank top and denim shorts. I don’t exactly remember the main problem the protagonist had but I loved this book and cannot for the life of me remember the name. Its driving me crazy so I was wondering if I could find some fellow sleuths to help me out. Thanks so much everyone !!!

There’s a book called the Gravesavers by Sherrie Fitch—she goes to her grandmothers house but I don’t think she befriends a younger girl. the cover kinda matches tho but only a little haha
