The first edition of this book was published in 1987. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1....
However the date first published is cited for this work is March 1, 1964. The book collects reprints of Amazing Fantasy 15 (Aug. 1962 ) and Amazing Spider-man 1(March 1, 1963) -10 (Nov 63). https://www.marvel.com/comics/issue/1... https://www.marvel.com/comics/issue/6.... Do I use the date of the first edition or the date of the first printing of the original work? And if I use the comics’ date do I choose 1962?
