Danny gets severely wounded in Afghanistan, causing Izzy to take extreme measures to save his life, giving him a direct blood transfusion from his own body, nearly dying himself. Later we discover this information was kept from Danny. Was this the right thing to do? Why was it so important to Izzy to keep that secret?

Again, another very complicated relationship. Izzy and Dan have always had a continuous relationship and it only got worse when he married Eden, she lost the baby and then split. Izzy didn't want Dan to think he did anything heroic in order to save him. Why? I haven't a clue.
