This book is about two boys named George and Harold and their early life when they were in kindergarten and this was before they were even friends because they were in different classes. How George and Harold became friends was because they were next door neighbors and Harold's mom thought that maybe the new kid by (George) could use some company then somehow they automatically became friends. When George and Harold go to School they noticed a group of older kids who were bullying littler kids like their age. Way later on George and Harold prank the bullies so they wouldn't be mean to littler people but while that's happening, Mr. Pee pants has come back to get his revenge on Captain Underpants but he doesn't know who the actual person is so he goes around destroying the world!!! And only one person can save the world.... CAPTAIN UNDERPANTS!!!!!
