Book deletions are messing with reading activites and reviews

Yeah, I suppose. I'm still curious as to why these two legit editions were deleted in the first place, though.
Both links shows a deletion on the top as the most recent edit, those are the ones I'm talking about.Unfortunately, I don't remember the ISBN for Monstress, Vol. 1.
Here's the ISBN for First Stories Rapunzel: 9786052951996. That's the Turkish edition which I bought for my niece a few years back.
Dua wrote: "Yeah, I suppose. I'm still curious as to why these two legit editions were deleted in the first place, though."Every week there is a new assault on the database by the programmers. Motives unclear.
Dua wrote: "Yeah, I suppose. I'm still curious as to why these two legit editions were deleted in the first place, though."They were deleted by Goodreads magic bot that does things randomly and for no purpose whatsoever.
Corinne wrote: "You won't be able to re-add an edition with that ISBN, we can only fix the record that has it."If it gets changed to Public, she can re-add it (switch to that edition). I don't know whether it will have the former details however.

For Monstress, there seems to be multiple deletions there so yeah, my edition could have been one of those. The duplication issue is what really frustrates me tbh. My ratings is 293 but my read books is 295 now. Goodreads tells me "You’ve shelved multiple editions of this book." for both books but I can't view them or access the duplicate or edit my review. All those actions give me the error page.
Do you think if deleting the edition I can see along with my rating/review and then re-adding it would fix this?
Corinne wrote: "Dua wrote: "Also, could superlibrarians restore the deleted Rapunzel book to public again?"no. because of that error. supers can't bypass that error either."
Oh okay.
Corinne, that's the thing. Duplicate tools isn't working for these two books. I see them there, and when I click on "view all my editions", it goes to "page unavailable" page. And yes, I meant removing the edition I can see from my shelves and then re-adding it.
Emily, do you mean this one? https://www.goodreads.com/book/edit/5...

So there's nothing we can do about this othar than waiting for it to be fixed on its own or getting help from the support?
This is the first time I've seen books being randomly deleted btw. It really is disheartening.
I am having the exact same problem, also with Monstress. Glad to see it's a known issue, and not some me-specific glitch or hack or something!

Two book editions I had on my shelves got deleted and these deletions messed with my own reading activites. Both were legitimate books with ISBN info and all, so I have no idea why they got deleted.

Once they're gone, my reviews switched to different editions, but I now seem to have duplicates for both books, and when I try to access them through "find duplicates" page, I get an "page unavailable" error.
Similarly, my reviews got messed up too. They no longer shows my reading dates, and when I try to edit them, I get the same "page unavailable" error.

How do I fix this? Should I re-add the books that were deleted? I also contacted support and am waiting for their reply but I doubt they'll be able to help. Hope someone here can help me.
Cheers!
