should i read ugly love?

hey i am new at reading and i am from germany i want to read ugly love but the german version but i heard many people saying the book isn‘t good so now my question.
how was the book for you ?(please don’t spoiler)
does it habe plottwists?
and is it more a romance book or more an exciting book?

I recommend reading it. I personally liked the book! It has a fast pace and it is easy to read.
It has atleast one plottwist (can't remember if there are anymore, who knows!)
It is a romance book but with a bit of mystery to it, therefor I wanted to keep reading it.

Also if you want to read a heartbreaking book with a lot of big plottwists if would suggest November 9!
