should i read ugly love?

hey i am new at reading and i am from germany i want to read ugly love but the german version but i heard many people saying the book isn‘t good so now my question.
how was the book for you ?(please don’t spoiler)
does it habe plottwists?
and is it more a romance book or more an exciting book?

Personally I didn’t like it. I love CoHo, but this book was not it.

This was one of her saucier books. Lots of sex scenes with a glimmer of sadness/mystery which keeps you reading.

i loved this book! the details made the book so good. the plot was definitely a twist and left me always trying to figure out the answer to the "mystery" but it was so worth it. romance with a twist of mystery, btw i did not like verity but it has that sort of suspense.
