You have to contact support with any giveaway-related issues. Librarians cannot do anything about them.https://www.goodreads.com/about/conta...
I've already contacted support and followed the instructions I received. It did not help.And the instructions seem to be an automated response. A bookmarketing professional advised me that the librarians can help me with getting through to a human being at support.

Thank you Elizabeth. So why can I not set up a giveaway. Is there someone I can actually telephone at support to straighten this out? I've been trying to sort it since last week.

I'd write back and let them know that these instructions were not clear, and that you need further assistance from them directly.

I am the author of this book. I have been trying to run a Giveaway and I keep getting an error message that says : "It looks like this book belongs to a different author. Make sure you’re linked to the Amazon account you used to publish this book and try again."
I've already been in touch with Goodreads Help and I got what looks like an AI answer suggesting I re-upload my book. I spoke to KDP help and they said my book was properly uploaded and properly linked to Goodreads. But just to be safe, KDP helped me to re-upload my book again. They say it is all properly linked to Goodreads but I simply cannot get past that message quoted above. The system will not allow me to set up a giveaway.
The book that comes up with my title in this form is the paperback but the ASIN for the Kindle book is B09NRMHW8Q. KDP Help says this is already linked to Goodreads. What can I do to launch my giveaway? I really need to be able to market my book.
