Amanda (amandabookworm) I wanted to use this book for "Book set somewhere you want to visit" category, but that would require a time machine (or, better yet, the TARDIS). All revisitations of Jane Austen novels have to be approached cautiously, but this one did not disappoint. It follows the timeline of Pride and Prejudice for the most part. It is interesting to read about some of the events of P and P from the perspective of others. The servants add a new dimension to the story, though there were times that the descriptions of cleaning chamber pots, etc. got a bit tiresome. I gave this one 4 stars. If you are a Jane Austen fan, give this book a try.
