Loved this wonderful story that takes place in a very remote Armenian village across multiple generations.

There's some very subtle magical realism, a little fable-telling, a little superstition. But mostly the interwoven lives of people who depend on each other through good times and really, really hard times.

As the stories weave in and out among the generations, it almost felt like the village itself was one of the characters in the story.
