Book cover not showing when sharing link

The book cover used to show when I would share to FB or Twitter, but now it only shows the link and the goodreads logo. Why?

If the cover is there, there is nothing librarians can do about it. But we don't even know what book you are talking about.

It's not just one book. It's any book I enjoy that I share.
I've never had this happen in the past. Perhaps there's a technical glitch or bug that explains it.
I'm wondering if others are experiencing this. Maybe I'll ask elsewhere.
