I think for me be true to yourself is definitely the most important. I feel like it's much harder to follow the rest while you're trying to be somebody that you aren't, or that doesn't make you happy.

The excerpts of the quotes from UCLA Basketball coach John Wooden, who preferred to think of himself as a “teacher” giving “lessons” vs. a coach giving motivational speak!
The gems he chose from The Wisdom of Wooden, written by Steve Jamison and published after Coach Woden’s death are pretty good, although am sure there are many more:
