Please add page numbers for the 1966 edition. Here is page link for that book at Goodreads:

Please note: Neither Goodreads nor Amazon has page number for the book. The copy in my hands has 126 numbered pages.

Please also note: The Amazon link has the book cover (which Goodreads page does not have). If someone could add the cover for the book on Goodreads, that would be great.
