Is this allowed (character names with short descriptions or ages) the manual doesn't make it clear to me.

The manual says Make every attempt to distinguish the character with a unique name but these are all unusual names.

Arenda | 26447 comments No, additional information about a character can go in the description of the character. (There is an 'About' section). It should not be included in a character's name.

I've seen the title of the book in parentheses after a character's name when the name is not unique.

Yes, the title of the book in parentheses is in the manual.

I only used the 'about' for one character (just where I thought the description used was an extremely minor spoiler.

Thanks Arenda!
