Book suggestion for better communication

I want to help a coworker with her communication skills. She's an HR professional and though her heart is always in the right place, she comes across as harsh, cold, and a know it all. She often thinks she's conveying a message one way, but it's interpreted very differently. Anyone have any suggestions? There are some very gifted people who can deliver messages... even negatives ones... in a way that the receiver walks away understanding and ok with it.

Honestly, just search up books to improve communication and you will probably find some

But also tell her to try to read more books in general, they don’t have to be non fiction, because that would improve her empathic skills since she would be reading in the perspective of different people and it would further enhance her understanding of peoples thought process. Communication is not solely based on what you have to say, you would also need to understand the other person. It may sound hard, but after some time she will get the hang of it.
