How do I update changes I make to my book on my computer to my Goodreads copy of my book.

Changing words after using Grammarly, adding page breaks.The book is Wrecking Car Blues.

No, I changed words in my story.My book cover was generated by an AI Drawing program.
Your book is not here and cannot be downloaded somewhere. This is just an entry that such a book exist. So if you changed something in the text it does not matter to Goodreads.
I am not even sure if this is allowed to add the books here which we're not published anywhere and do not have isbn.
