Three issues regarding the same author: Paul A. Cantor

1. This book (Literature and the Economics of Liberty: Spontaneous Order in Culture) should be attributed to Paul A. Cantor. Currently, it is attributed to "Paul Cantor", which is a different author (no middle 'A.' initial).

2. Once number one is fixed, please merge Literature and the Economics of Liberty: Spontaneous Order in Culture with Literature and the Economics of Liberty: Spontaneous Order in Culture. It's the same book.

3. Please merge Paul a Cantor with Paul A. Cantor (both profiles refer to the same author). The titles listed under the former should be listed under the latter, then the former profile can be deleted.
