History: Goro was born to the famous swordsmith, Hataru. As a child his mother was a short and chubby woman. Recalling a memory Goro’s family was slayers, as his mother was turned into a demon one night by a mysterious scent: a dull saw wood scent. His mother had grown into a strong and skinny demon. As a demon Goro’s mother still manages to look pretty. His mother took some shocking moves, she went over and attacked Goro on the head. His father, Hotaru was quick to sense something was wrong and took a huge risk of finishing his own wife with Wind breathing. From that day on Goro suffered from headaches. Hotaru broke his sword while finishing his wife and took time to quit as a slayer to become a swordsmith. After Hataru died at age 98, Goro took his fathers job and made a sword for Tanjiro, Muichiro, and Rengoku. Goro still knows the wind breathing and sometimes fills in when there aren't enough slayers.
