Done. I also merged the empty edition. Please don't add empty editions to the database (without ASIN or ISBN numbers when they do exist). The kindle edition was already there, it only needed to have the placeholder cover replaced with the actual cover which I've just also done. I took the cover from amazon. Don't create a new empty edition or an ACE when that happens come to this group and we'll remove the placeholder for you, then you can upload the image yourself or we can upload the one that's on amazon.
