rudimentary: Growing up in a gang from the time she was eight, Lena’s morals are predictably lax although that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have any. She’s very determined and clever, allowing her to stick to a task and get it done. Lena is also good at acting and manipulating people into giving her what she wants or steering things in the direction she wants it go, being good at reading people helps with this, as do her observational tendencies and her habit of taking in all the details around her and filing them away for later reference. She has a bit of a temper but can usually hide it well enough when she needs to. Lena doesn’t like getting attached to people and rarely ever trusts someone fully, always watching for a curse to her back. She’s clever and cunning but also bold and sarcastic, resulting the the appearance of her being rather arrogant, which in a small way is true but she has reason to be and is not reckless in any way since everything she does is carefully calculated and thought out.

childhood: Born in San Francisco to half-blood parents, Lena was always part of the magical world hidden in the city. Her parents happened to meet in a no-maj café and had instantly connected but just assumed the other was a no-maj, it wasn't until they ran into each other at a wizarding shop that they realized the other was magical as well. It didn't take long for the two to marry and soon little Lena was born. Unfortunately, hard times came and Lena's mother fell sick and died, drowning in medical bills her father got into illegal work with a gang that both he and her mother had done jobs for before Lena was born: the Silver Delphinium, more commonly known as just the Delphinium. By this time Lena was still only eight and so when her father was arrested and executed by MACUSA after being caught enchanting dark objects, she was placed into an orphanage. Not even a year later she ran away and was picked up by the very same gang that her father had worked for, luckily for her, it actually worked out and she had a new home and a job plus free reign of the city under the protection of the Delphinium.
school years: Lena wasn’t sure if she would be accepted into Ilvermorny thanks to both her father’s and her own criminal records (although she didn’t have much more than leaving the orphanage, pickpocketing she’d been caught for and being suspected of running Delphinium messages). But she was accepted and Lena was chosen for both Wampus and Horned Serpent, choosing Wampus for herself. It quickly became clear she fit in perfectly in her house and was learning at a rapid pace (in the subjects that interested her), becoming a top student and joining several clubs, even winning a few dueling tournaments. Of course the teachers knew what her situation was and even offered to accept her into the program that would allow her stay at school during the summer (created for orphans and students with no-maj parents who didn’t accept them), but she refused and would go back to orphanage each year only to not even bother unpacking her things and staying one night before heading back to Delphinium territory. It was during the summers that she learned dark magic among other things although she never got caught using it on school property and always followed Ilvermorny’s dueling code during term.
adult life: Now a full fledged member of the Delphinium, Lena picked up where she had left off and quickly became a prominent and trusted member of the gang. She was constantly tasked with all sorts of things from handoffs, to securing deals, to tracking down people who owed money or had otherwise angered her boss. She eventually became a rather well-known bounty hunter in the North American underworld as well as picking up a nice win record in illegal dueling ran by the Delphinium. Now eight years after graduating from Ilvermorny and seventeen years after she threw in her lot with the Delphinium, Lena is pretty much set for life and allowed to leave the gang whenever she wishes but stays out of loyalty and familiarity, the gang is basically the closest thing to family she has with her boss having been the young heir who had just taken over when she first joined and now one of the very few people she trusts.
teaching career: This being her first year of teaching, Lena took the job solely as a cover for tracking down an old school and dueling friend, now her latest bounty. She manages to secure the position at Hogwarts last minute and already having tracked him to Europe, had only to apply and wait until term started.

Rare Abilities: Parselmouth _ Capable of speaking Parseltongue (the language of snakes and serpents) Other animals such as dragons are capable of understanding parseltongue to some degree. This usually inherited ability is only seen to surface in the Drakongaze family due to relations with Herpo the Foul. Herpo was a practitioner of the Dark Arts who discovered how to create the first Basilisk by having a toad hatch a chicken egg. He was also the original user of horcruxes. A small bit of breif history for the family: Herpo had a group of Dark Witches and Wizards called Serpent Sorcerers whom with Herpo would perform horrible and unforgivable acts of magic against those who are muggles and muggleborn. In ancient times Herpo was feared for his power. He was literally insane. Herpo created the spell to divide his soul. He only performed this action three times. The first item used to place a part of his soul was the Basilisk he birthed which had become very attached to him. The second item was an Elder tree that grew in the middle of his property. The third was an unborn child of one of the Serpent Sorcerers while it was still in her womb. Herpo's death was never recorded in anyway, not by his age or the date. Some who study the history of Dark Arts believe that Herpo the Foul may even still be alive today.

Personality: Brave and strong willed, Ezekiel could have easily been a Gryffindor, but his loyalty to his friends and family are boundless. Zeke is a kind and charming guy he stands up for whats right and never backs down from a fight he believes in the cause for. Ezekiel will always be the first to fight back when he witnesses someone being treated wrong or unfairly. He doesn't tolerate nonsense and he doesn't make time for people complaining. He is very empathetic, but he isn't naive he can see a pity party when it might arise. He is blunt and honest, but also sweet and genuine. Zeke is a good guy who is adored by many. He is the go to friend for advice and the go to friend when someone is in trouble.

History: (Made up some ancient wizard history that still sort of fits canon to create a link with the Drakongaze family and Herpo the foul. If not allowed please let me know)
•Ancient History _ As already explained once the Drakongaze family holds a direct bloodline with Herpo the Foul. What has yet to be explained was how Herpo the Foul had a long line of descendants with no recorded spouse, siblings, or offspring. Well as the inventor of many great and powerful spells Herpo created the first horcrux. As also explained already he made three of them. While Herpo, himself, may not have lived for the eternity he desired he did still manage to get around in the form of a fraction of his own soul. The magic was not nearly as refined as it is today so it is possible it had side effects that would not be seen when the same.magic is performed today. The three objects used by Herpo was an Elder tree, a Basilisk, and an unborn child. Well it shouldn't take muggle rocket science to figure out that Herpo lived on within these horcruxes. The Elder tree is believed to be a powerful conduit for Dark magic. While wandmakers of today believe in superstitions around Elder wood the tree was never touched for wandmaking purposes. Eventually, its location became a mystery to modern knowledge. The Basilisk in question was the original Basilisk and possibly held the longest lifespan of any of its kind. While without the proper tools the horcrux Basilisk was unable to be destroyed and probably held a longer than average life span. For a fifty foot long serpent to live so long and be growing the entire time it is quite possible Herpo's horcrux reached well over 200 ft and its a mystery as to why its remains have not been discovered. The piece of Herpo that was put into the womb of one of his followers was the womb of Calypso Drakongaze. Her husband was also a follower of Herpo as he encouraged Calypso to offer herself to the Dark Wizard. The sad thing was that Calypso loved her husband just as much as she loved to follow Herpo. When creating this horcrux the couple, Calypso and Zebarius Drakongaze offered the fetus of their unborn child to their leader who promptly used the death of Zebarius to do so. While Calypso was distraught at the loss of her husband she lost her loyalty to Herpo. Calypso spent the remainder of her pregnancy searching for ways to destroy Herpo's horcruxes. It is unsure if she ever succeeded with any destruction or if she perished in the process. Regardless, a time came when Calypso finally gave birth to a son who she named Ambrosius. She tried to take it upon herself almost immediately to kill the child that possibly had Herpo's own fragmented soul within him. Calypso failed in taking the life of her child as the Dark ancient magic Herpo employed to protect his soul fragments was far too powerful for the simple act of murder. It was at this very time that Herpo and his Basilisk had vanished from history. Calypso took it upon herself to destroy any notes she might find involving his work in Ancient and Dark Arts. She even went as far as fleeing the country due to her actions leading to an unsettling fear that Herpo would come for her and her child.
Ambrosius Drakongaze grew up mostly normal in an Italian village mixed up of muggles and wizards. He was five when his mother learned of his ability to communicate with serpents. She instantly recognized the gift as an attribute received from the fragment of her old masters soul. When Ambrosius was around 14 or 15 he was informed that his body shares two souls. This prompted Ambrosius to lead a life of inventing spellwork. He was determined as his mother to removed the piece of Herpo inside of him. By the time Ambrosius was 21 one of his spells almost worked in seperating his soul from the fragment of Herpo. Unfortunately, this experiment led to consequence the family would not recognize until centuries later. The spell he tried to use to seperate his soul from Herpo's in fact did the opposite and while Ambrosius felt more himself after the spell what actually happened was the melding of both souls further into a singular soul. This made it so that Herpo may have died, but his lineage lived on through the Drakongaze bloodline. From that point on without anyone's actual knowledge a fragment of Herpo's soul transferred from one generation to the next. While Herpo's presence was not always seen in the family line it had subtle ways of resurfacing. Sometimes a Drakongaze would become a dark witch or wizard at other times the gift of parseltongue would surface. The inherited talent of Herpo passed through the family and actually assisted in accumulation of status and wealth. It was not long before the Drakongaze family became well known to both Greek and Italian witches and wizards. They were a pureblood family with many alchemists, inventors, anarchists, and activists. The families dark and ancient past is hidden in old books in the family library that no one bothers to read so basically forgotten.
•Drakongaze Family of Modern Centuries_ Ezekiel Hayden Jasper Drakongaze I was born to Nazareth Drakongaze, a descendant of Ambrosius Drakongaze, and Emilia Nyx-Drakongaze both were prominent Italian inventors. They used their family wealth to purchase several Southern and Western European homes. Slowly, after Ezekiel I lost his parents to old age he sold most of the family homes to settle in their Barton, England estate. From which the Drakongaze family grew and expanded its wealth into businesses like broomstick crafters, wandmakers, robe designers, and so much more. In Italy, the Drakongaze name is notorious for its expensive fashion brand which can only be affordable for those who have excessive wealth. Its high fashion and is seen on several seasonal runways. By the time Ezekiel IV was born the family, even operating from their British home, had businesses and designers all over the continent and was performing negotiations with opening lines in Africa along the Mediterranean coastline. Ezekiel IV had three daughters before finally having a son. Who could pass on the family name and control the families wealth. That son, Ezekiel V, became an adventurer but still sired an heir in Spain before his untimely demise facing a wyvern in Africa. That son was still given his father's name and the Drakongaze family ensured his care and schooling met their standards, but his mother was also cared for even if she did conceive a child outside of wedlock with Ezekiel V, Ezekiel IV still treated her as his daughter-in-law. Ezekiel VI continued to lead the family business and even after having three of his own sons he has yet to retire. While Ezekiel VII is meant to be the family heir and Head of the Drakongaze family he cannot produce magic. At first his parents feared the worst for him, but an obscural was not his fate instead he was a full fledged Squib. While his father agreed to continue the family name as was tradition he postponed handing the family business and wealth management over to his eldest son and instead agreed to run the business until he had no choice but to let his son take over or until an heir with magical abilities could be produced and given his father's father's name.
Ezekiel VII found love with a local Squib who until the confessing of one anothers feelings had no idea the other was a squib as well. Ezekiel VII and Ruth Shadevine married and had only one child fearing anymore could complicate their lives should one be magical and one not and who even knows what might happen should they have more so it was reasonable to only bring one child into the world. Amazingly, Ezekiel VIII was able to speak parseltongue before he could speak English. This was a clear sign their child was gifted with magic meaning his father's case was just a fluke bound to happen sometime or another in the family line. Enough about the other Ezekiel's this story is about Ezekiel VIII.

History: continued....Current Background_ Zeke started magical language studies early on. Given parseltongue came naturally to him his parents correctly assumed other languages would also come naturally. He learned English as a second language and Merish as a third. By the time he started attending Hogwarts He was skilled in five languages, Parseltongue, Mermish, English, Gobbledygook, and French. He is now studying German and Italian during the break periods. Zeke has always been skilled with languages as well as Defensive magic and Charms. In school he joined Hufflepuffs quidditch team his third year first playing as a Keeper, but eventually trying out for seeker by his fifth year when the former seeker reached her last year. Zeke is a great teammate to have and is friendly with everyone in the school and seems to be pretty popular. He definitely makes up for where his father was unable to achieve any form of wizard life goals he is able to live vicariously through his son. Zeke is a pro athlete and a master linguist and proving himself magically every term. He joined the duelling club two years prior and has made his way to one of the house council members of the club. His ambition is to go abroad for a few years before using his experiences to decide a career path.

Determined, when Silas sets his mind to something it will get done and you can guarantee it will be done right or not at all. Always willing to learn, he’s curious and has a memory like a sponge for things he’s genuinely interested in, sometimes those interests can seem obsessive. While he does believe in practicality, Silas likes to see the beauty in things and highly admires cultural or individual differences, he's also fond of historical things like architecture or paintings.

childhood: Born in New York, Silas and his (older) twin brother Leviticus were the first of six children and born just two days after their parents' ship docked in America. From there it was constant moving until their younger sister and later brother were born but even then they only stayed in one place for a year at most. The family spent most of their time in South America until going back to Europe when the twins were seven. While they still traveled and moved almost constantly the Castells made a homebase in Germany, their mother's homeland after she had a difficult pregnancy with the youngest set of Castell twins shortly after coming back to Europe. While Silas and his twin Leviticus are obviously close, Silas is actually closer with his younger sister Mercy and growing up Silas was always getting into trouble with her, but he was actually very respectful and well behaved when it came down to it. Probably the closest with his mother, he grew to love helping her with her work and is probably the only of the four eldest Castell children that will follow in his parents steps and become a mazoologist.
school years: Silas' parents had always assumed that he would take after his father and be sorted into Ravenclaw, this was not the case as the Sorting Hat placed him in Slytherin after only a few seconds hesitation. He’s stuck mostly to himself with his brother too busy for much and his sister way too extroverted for him although she or one of the few friends he’s made over the years sometimes drag him to a party or gathering and he does go to quidditch matches with Mercy or to support her. It’s not that he’s antisocial as much as his mind is elsewhere, when someone does spark his attention though he becomes rather open and social.

History: Born in Montrose, Scotland to Lloyd Angelo and Mary Angelo, both of whom are muggles. While Angelo is a common name throughout Europe it is very possible magic was somewhere down their bloodline, but regardless the two managed to produce a child with exceptional powers. Lloyd and Mary were muggle plant scientists. Lloyd is a botanist and Mary is a horticulturist who brought their son up with a love for plants. His powers didn't really appear until he was older somewhere between 7 and 9. His parents watched in shock as their garden grew to full harvest in a matter of seconds while he picked vegetables. Luckily, the moment his magical abilities occured the ministry detected his existence and quickly sent a representative of the wizard community to the Angelo home. They took it surprisingly well and agreed to have regular check-ins to ensure their child's magic didnt turn into something other muggles might notice. Paris got his letter to Hogwarts, but was already up-to-date with most of wizard culture. He found it all fascinating and the constant ministry visitors always brought gifts of books to help him learn of the world he was soon to be immersed into. His first year was interesting to say the least. The sorting hat placed him in Gryffindor, but before it was removed quickly changed its mind to Ravenclaw. Then as the year went on a few Seventh year Gryffindor students let loose a nest of pixies in the Ravenclaw tower. It certainly wasn't boring. His second year Ravenclaw won every quidditch match for the whole term and got bragging rights all year. Paris found his talent and passion for plants in Herbology and was considered a star pupil of the class by his fourth year. On his fifth year Paris discovered his patronus which he conjured defending a group of first years from a rogue Graphorn. Phoenix Tailfeather- This is the rarest core type. Phoenix feathers are capable of the greatest range of magic, though they may take longer than either unicorn or dragon cores to reveal this. They show the most initiative, sometimes acting of their own accord, a quality that many witches and wizards dislike. Phoenix feather wands are always the pickiest when it comes to potential owners, for the creature from which they are taken is one of the most independent and detached in the world. These wands are the hardest to tame and to personalize, and their allegiance is usually hard won.
Augurey Tailfeather- Those who are often misunderstood, wise, ready-minded, free-spirited, and reclusive would have this wand core. Having this particular core suggests that your motives and intentions are often a mystery, are misunderstood, or wrongfully misrepresented as being of someone with a dark nature. Chosen by a wand with this core has proven to show someone with unmatched intuition, extraordinary learning capabilities, and those with a strong sense of loyalty. Most commonly found amongst Ravenclaws, but the wand choosing the wizard leads to the core capable of being found in the numbers of the other three houses as well.
Patronus: Augurey- People with this Patronus are often misunderstood and their intentions are never clear to those around them. Affinity to Ancient Magic - This rare ability is most notable in those young witches and wizards deemed late-bloomers. Those capable of harnessing Ancient Magic are harnessing the source of original magic used in a time long before the use of magical conduits such as wands. This type of magic can be performed without a wand and without words. While amongst the expecting parents of the wizarding world it is commonly agreed it is best to have a Squib in the family than a Late-bloomer, this superstition is connected to a couple of fears. The very real fear of a young witch or wizard becoming an Obscurial is the most terrifying thing for most parents to imagine. Not to mention, if your child has magic appearing later, the ridicule ones family might receive. While even the most skilled of the wizarding world find it hard to summon Ancient Magic, yet alone sense its left over traces those born with an affinity for it can summon its power naturally with each spell taking on a unique color according to its nature. There are some books that hold Ancient Magic spells and practices within the Hogwarts forbidden section of the library, but even the professors of the school have little knowledge on the subject. While weilding such magic can prove to be more than useful if in the wrong hands it can become quite dangerous. Most of those who are capable of sensing, harnessing, or manipulating Ancient Magic swear themselves to secrecy so as not to draw attention.

History:
Family Tree - Killian Orick was the third cousin of Bathilda Bagshot. Lorana Bagshot was the aunt of Bathilda Bagshot who married Javian Orick. The couple had two children who were the cousins of Bathilda. Jackal Orick, one of Lorana and Javian's children, married Jenny Olde, together they had Samael Orick. Samael married Gina Hel and had Killian Orick who married Eve Jones. Killian and Eve had Damien Orick.
Tracing the family back to the Bagshot line one could conclude his relation to Gellert Grindlewald. As it was Bertha Bagshot, Bathilda's sister, who married Henry Grindlewald. Henry and Bertha Grindlewald had Gabriel Grindlewald. Gabriel married a witch named Forsina Faux. Together they had Gellert Grindlewald, Bertha Bagshot's Grandson.
Early life - Killian and Eve Orick both had a lovely life together. The family was not totally wealthy, but certainly not poor. Killian worked as a professor at Hogwarts for Defense Against the Dark Arts and Eve was a writer and a journalist for a small local wizard paper. Killian and Eve died unexpectedly when their only child, Damien Orick, was five years old. They had been murdered by a young wizard who was running from Aurors for an unknown reason while shopping for a starter broom for young Damien.
Damien who did not fully understand death was with his parents during their murder. His mother's sister and his aunt Ava took him in. Ava wasn't like Killian and Eve, she was very adamant about her belief in blood purity and found the Dark Arts to be far more natural to her than any other form of magic. Damien only left his aunt with disappointment when he never received a letter to Hogwarts. He didn't have a single ounce of magic in him. At first healers believed he would be a late bloomer, but after thirteen they became more concerned. If his powers were suppressed he could face having an Obscurial. However, he was given every chance by his aunt to show some sign of magical abilities. Unfortunately, Ava received a hard hit when his powers did kick in. She was angered and drunk one night when she came home. It was Damien's fifteenth birthday which he celebrated alone at home. During a drunken stupor of unnecessary rage Ava cast the curse crucio on her poor unsuspecting nephew. The moment the soell sent fire through his body a wave of blue light blasted outward from his body. This blast turned Aunt Ava's arm and wand hand into marble stone which crumble to dust just as quickly as it had appeared. The Ministry detected the use of underage magic and immediately appeared at the home. While Ava was in shock and lost a grip on reality by what had happened she was transported to St. Mungos indefinitely.
Damien was then placed in a sort of wizarding child services where they hold children and by magical means track the closest living blood relative to grant guardianship to. Unfortunately, the search has taken quite a while given that Damien's family records were all lost when the family home mysteriously caught fire and all of Damien's inherited assets within the home were lost to its flames.
While in custody of the MAGIC (Magical Adolescent Guardianship International Council) Damien was set in random homes at random times, luckily being the homes of witches and wizards all whom host the desire to help care for children who are not their own until a family is found for them. Upon having his Late-bloomer gift more closely evaluated to ensure he was not an Obscurial Damien met a man by the name of Adrien Zagon. He was and still is the professor for Dark Arts at Hogwarts. Prof. Zagon was employeed to ensure no traces of Dark magic, such as an Obscurial, could be found on Damien. While Zagon did not sense dark magic he did sense something different. Adrien Zagon was skilled in many fields and learning new andnold forms of magic just happened to be an affinity of his. He was able to sense Ancient magic in Damien, but withheld this information from the Ministry of Magic. Instead, Adrien saw something in Damien that had great potential. Even still MAGIC was searching for a blood relative of Damien's, Adrien offered to take him in as a ward until such a relative could be reached.

History:
Current Life - Starting Hogwarts in your fifth yesr makes it a bit harder to keep up sometimes because the other students are more knowledgeable in fields that require a couple of years of study to fully grasp. While unable to participate in the sorting ceremony Damien still had to undergo sorting, only in the privacy of the Headmasters office. The hat barely hovered over his head when it chose Gryffindor. It was then he was given a schedule which was laid out so he could be caught up to date on his lessons. Most of his studies his first year were in private with each professor who took on the responsibility of preparing him for OWLs in a very hastened manner. The hard crunch he had to face on learning the fundamentals of magic as a fifth year allowed room for electives his second term as a sixth year. During his first/fifth year, Damien proved his magical prowess excelling in nearly all of his courses. While he didn't make bad grades he did not fair too well with Herbology or CoMC. Coming into his second term in actual school he is still held at Sixth year status. While he may not know as many spells as the other students the spells he does know how to perform are exceptionally powerful. Even still with the capability of harnessing ancient magic he can use his wand nonverbally with his sheer will to do as he pleases. With hope for a better life he has taken tracking his family into his own hands using old spells and records from the school library. The only problem with his motivation to find a family is his disregard to morals when it comes to getting what he wants.

Paired with phoenix feather this wand wood will match any witch or wizard who is exceptional at charms and defensive magic. Rosewood is temperamental with most wandcores finding itself best suited to cores capable of harnessing the woods aspects of purity, love, and rebirth. While it can prove to be dangerous with the wrong core it can also align to a witch or wizard of unique talents in any field of magic. Rosewood has also been known to accept dual cores to assist in producing particular types of magic. It is uncommon for wandmakers to ever combine dragon heartstring with rosewood as the combination alone can create spontaneous and even deadly reactions during the fusing process of wood and core. However, if timed correctly, Rosewood has been known to accept Dragon Heartstring with a dual core that might balance its temperamental tendencies as well as accepting personal cores for more custom made wands. Dragon Heartstring is known for the powerful spells it is capable of producing and its tendency to lean toward the dark arts. If Dragon Heartstring is paired alone with Rosewood the resulting wands use would be catastrophic, regardless of the spell used. Nikolai Gul was an infant when his wand was crafted customly to suit him. Of course, in order to properly craft a wand to suit a witch or wizard before they even show signs of magic a lot of professionals are involved. A Naming Seer, two wandmakers and wandlore historians, and a ministry official to determine that the wand core or cores did not come from a mistreated, abused, or illegally obtained animal. Nikolai was given Rosewood as the family bloodline had a strong affinity for the wood. The core came from the heartstring of a Hungarian Horntail and Nikolai's Veela mother granted her hair, knowing wandlore very well, the Veela presumed her hair would balance the dragon heartstring enough to produce stable magic for her son. It was tricky work creating this particular wand, but the family spared no expenses to making sure their son had everything he wanted and more. His particular wand can be noted to perform best in the Dark Arts, Divinations, and Healing Magic. Its weakest point being Defensive magics and as a cosequence if the wand ever attempted to produce a patronus, regardless of the mastery of the spell, it would destroy both wand and caster if not everything around them as well.
Patronus: Unknown - Given the fact that his wand was crafted for him specifically as an infant, Nikolai has never used the wand to produce the patronus charm and as a result does not know what his patronus animal would be. For so long as he is using the wand granted to him as a child Nikolai will never be able to produce stable defensive magic if any at all. As the fact may sound unreasonable to any wand owner Nikolai has discovered no negative effects from being unable to perform defensive spells.
Rare Abilities:
Maximus Animagus -
While the term does not actually exist this is the extremely rare case of one who successfully transforms as an animagus, only instead of an ordinary animal they transform into a magical creature, which by the laws of nature is still a rather ordinary animal. Nikolai is capable of turning himself into a Peruvian Vipertooth Dragon, measuring about 20 ft long with a wingspan of almost forty feet. While the process is the same for anyone becoming an animagus it is almost unheard of for someone to be capable of becoming a magical creature. Nikolai is fully registered as an animagus but his license is under restricted use given the severity of his situation being a plausible case of breaching international wizarding secrecy. Nikolai is only allowed to change legally on wizard owned property outside of a muggle radius of sight.
Veela Inherited Gifts -
Exceptional Charm and Beauty_ Inherited from his Veela mother, this gift is a natural gift that cannot be turned on and off or even controlled. Nikolai is handsome, but his Veela gifts make him irresistible.
Alluring Song_This is a much more controlled gift and isn't just able to be cast in song, but also in common speech. When using this gift those under its influence become enticed to fight for attention and affection from the caster. When used in speech one could easily persuade others to do bidding.
Affinity for Fire_ This gift comes from the Veela's natural ability to cast fire balls, while Nikolai cannot cast fire without his wand he is in far more control of the flames than an ordinary witch or wizard would be. This also comes with being naturally fire proof as Nikolai may not be able to create fire without a wand he is very capable of harnessing it raw by hand.


Personality: An exceptional wizard, but a very darkened person. He doesn't talk much unless teaching or in a necessary conversation. He is probably the most strict professor in the school deducting points from students for the most minor offenses. He follows his heart and isn't one for following orders from anyone. He does have a tendency to have a cruel sense of humor. He is a bit sadistic and cynical. He isn't one for small talk because he usually has horrible thoughts about those around him and doesn't care for short pointless banter when all he canndo is think of ways he would like to see them die. He got the job not as an offer, but by request from the school's headmaster. He hosted all of the expertise as an ancient historian which made him more than suitable for the position. While his political views and motives are mostly a mystery one can easily come to the conclusion that Nikolai does not entirely like muggles, nor does he ever wish to associate with them or their mudblood offspring. Unfortunately, he must refrain from being too prejudice given that he isnt fully human, but that prejudice toward blood impurity leans more toward just wishing to avoid muggles and all things muggle related and less about a halfblood or muggleborn actually coming from nonmagical bloodlines.

History: Born to Mikhail Gul and a Veela named Vena, Mikhail worked at the Russian Ministry in the Being Division of the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures. It was his job that led to their meeting. A group of Veela had been swept away by a strong wind when in a fight with harpies broke out over territory which was odd given how far north both creatures had travelled from typical territory. Mikhail was sent with the group to retrieve the Veela and relocate them. However, fate had a different plan for them. Vena was the leader of the group and declared she wanted a grove with a calm stream for her people, but demanded it was north outside wizard interference. Apparently, for many magical sentient beings Russia was the safe zone to nomadically travel to for magical beings to be free of wizard wars and laws. Upon learning this he did everything he could to get both creatures relocated in the region they were discovered. The Russian Ministry then set forth laws to assist Mikhail as they gave him his full support. Magical creature and being migrations were to be fully accepted and as much assistance as possible was to be given without full intervention so as not to upset the natural balance.
Vena was so pleased for her people she at last confessed how she was entranced by Mikhail and wanted to repay him somehow for his kindness. The two laid with one another and later married. Within the year Vena returned from the grove of her people to the village of Mikhail. There before her husband she birthed their son. This was due to a Veela needing to be cared for by her own kind during pregnancy so when it was time to deliver she would return to her soul bond. Mikhail helped bring his son Nikolai into the world.
The baby was beautiful from birth up. Niko was given a lot of.love from his mother, but the connection was missing. Vena was unattached to her male offspring as females showed more signs of Veela blood than males as there were no male Veela. Nikolai received a letter from Durmstrang at age 10 as their lessons began a little sooner than Hogwarts. He showed a very strong affinity for the Dark Arts and excelled in any history courses. Eventually, Nikolai left Durmstrang to travel and study ancient sites that were once sacred to wizardkind. He was 23 when he met Gellert Grindlewald who had found him, by use of the third eye, seeing the potential he had as a wizard. Nikolai did not become an animagus until he was 27 at which time he had already been taken under Grindlewald's wing and give the knowledge required to transform himself. While in school Transfigurations was one of the classes he did excel at, Nikolai never imagined using those skills to become an Animagus. He definitely never imagined that his animal form would in fact be a Peruvian Vipertooth. When Nikolai turned 30 he was given exceptional honors from the Russian Ministry of Magic for his work and studies with Ancient Magic. This renowning award is what brought Hogwarts desiring a professor after the last had retired. Grindlewald desired an inside man in the school systems to seek out potential talents, but Grindlewald desired very particular and exceptional talents. Grindlewald informed Nikolai of the specific gifts he was searching for in students at Hogwarts and was expected to stop at nothing to recruit them. There were also particular professors he was to keep an eye out for. Under Grindlewald's careful instruction and guidance Nikolai has performed rather well as a recruiter being half Veela with his charms as an aid. He has been a professor at Hogwarts for only two terms this one being his second. He is friendly, but some students feel unnerved by him as if their magical intuition tells them he has horrible intentions for the world.

Wandlore and History_ As is the case with most Vine wands the American Wisteria is no different when choosing a master. It displays an exceptional show upon the arrival of its master when first encountering their presence. As is the case with Vine they seek witches and wizards with a sense of greater purpose, whose personalities hid greater depths. Paired almost perfectly with the sensitive Thunderbird Feather core. This wand knew who it was meant for before Liam was born. The core of this Wisteria Vine wand chose Liam's father and his father's grandmother. The wand remained in the family due to it often claiming a new master of its own accord within the following generation. However, the wand only passed after its former master has expired. It has been known to choose someone the moment of its old master's passing if they are present. Liam took up his fathers wand in mid battle. The wand chose him by sending sparks and colorful flames through the air and launching itself at him to be caught. With the Thunderbird feather core already placed in a unique wand wood this is an excellent duelling wand capable of producing exceptional defensive magic as well as deadly curses. Not to mention the wands natural ability to sense danger and produce curses of its own accord.
Patronus: Fox
Those with a fox Patronus are usually thought of as crafty, devious, sly, and calculating animals – much like Slytherins. Foxes indeed embody these qualities, but additionally, they are wise, adaptable, and loyal. Your close friends and family know your true nature and never have to question your loyalty to them.
A fox’s strategy of capturing its prey is to lay low to camouflage itself and then pounce with great force when the time is right. Their skills will come in handy when you encounter the looming darkness of a dementor. Your fox Patronus will leap out of the shadows to come to your aid.
Rare Abilities: Werewolf Curse/Disease - Attacked as a child he was made an orphan and a monster in one night. Liam must face the pain of a transformation every full moon and become a wolf- human hybrid. As the only survivor out of thirty it is a miracle he is even still alive. On top of all the security that was set into play for Liam to be able to attend a wizarding school he was also forced to sign and register at the Ministry of Magic as a werewolf and to be allowed to be taught magic he had to adhere to the Werewolf Code of Conduct placed in 1637 and to date Liam is the only known werewolf on the registry.
Benefits came with the registering that were not as discreet as one would hope. As all registeries in the Ministry were open to public domain anyone could discover Liam for what he is. Any medical treatments possible for lycanthropy were provided to Liam and covered in his schooling expenses provided by the Ministry.



Personality: Liam is known to be resentful of others who try to show him up and succeed. He is also very passionate about all he does and pushes to succeed above all others. His passion is complex and carnal at times both emotionally and physically. He host a big secret he had been forbidden from sharing with anyone leading to him to be secretive with nearly all aspects of his life. History: Collin Baldur was a wizard who worked as an Auror for MACUSA. He worked abroad mostly, but he found a home in San Jose, California to actually come back to when he wasn't working. Baldur was a Pureblood family name and allegedly one of the first pureblood families to establish themselves in California. The Blader name in America began with Wandmakers, Duelists, and eventually Politics. Collin's Great grandparents were early wandmakers of the local area whose reputation spread to the borders of Central America. The Bladur name was renown for their fine crafstmanship in wand making. Collin became an Auror choosing not to follow in his father's footsteps of politics. Henry Baldur was a politician who stood for Muggle integration in wizard communities. He desired wizardkind to be out and open about their existence and using magic to assist muggles in their everyday lives. Many assassination attempts nearly led to Henry Bladur's resignation from representing the state of California. However, he refused to let that stop him. Henry pushed forward for Werewolf advocacy and even House Elf rights. It brought a lot of heat down for his family and unknown to him it would lead to his downfall. Collin became an Auror only a year after graduating from Ilvermorny. He found a home near his parents in San Jose and met a Muggleborn who attended a South American School. While she attended Castelobruxo, Bianca Tearfeather, studied to become an Animagus and eventually graduated to become a Magizoologist. The two met in San Jose and married after a few years of knowing one another. This led to the birth of Liam. While the family seemed almost perfect there were still political knots to untie which pushed an onslaught of drama.
When Liam was eight years old dramatic events began to unfurl in California, it's wizard community wished to set itself apart from the laws of MACUSA. The wizard state of California was pushing to be able to dictate their own form of government and laws and many other Western states wanted on board. The entire wizarding West was moving against MACUSA politically. The events that unfolded led a large group of Magical Beings to rise against the politicians. It was an unfortunate night when Werewolves wanted to ensure they had laws that protected them going on into protest. What began as a peaceful protest and show of admiration for Henry Baldur due to all his efforts on their part, turned quickly into a bloodbath. Nearly three hundred American werewolves rallied together in support of Henry Baldur winning an election to lead California into separation from the rest of Wizarding America. His goals died with him that night. The moon was only a crescent, but the final assassination attempt succeeded. No one knows the origin of the spell or the words used to cast it, but it brought forth blood. The Bladur family was celebrating what was sure to be a political victory and Henry was going to lead the first wizard country into a new age. His plans to make themselves known to Muggles and integrate magic into everyday living. He knew his plans would lead to a war amoung muggles so many who supported him were already coming up with spells that would protect the country from destroying the rest of the worlds wizard secrecy. Werewolves and other beings would be granted equal opportunities for employment and magic would be openly legal with blood prejudice and magic prejudice being treated as a high crime felony. The spell used to crash the celebration of over thirty guests made the cresent moon turn full. The triggering affect made each and every werewolf present outside the home transform into their monsterous shapes and destroy the entire neighborhood. The slaughter started in the Bladur home and until authorities were notified and reached the town it continued for over four hours. The body count that night alone was well over 70. When the werewolves broke through the windows of the ballroom at the Baldur estate a battle broke loose between wizards and wolves. Liam was near a window when the destruction began and subsequently was knocked out of sight upon one of the protestors breaking through. His father's last spell saved his sons life. Liam was bitten on the side and would have been half eaten had it not been for his father killing the werewolf that attacked him mid bite. In the process of saving his son Collin shot a curse at a wolf who moved too quickly hitting his own wife, Bianca. Leaping to be with her in her last breath Collin was ripped in half right in front of Liam. Bianca took the last of strength and charged a werewolf through a window before dying with the beast. Upon Collin's death his wand sensed more danger still to be fought as the room was overrun with dying people and werewolves. The wand shot flames across the ballroom launching itself into Liam's hand, who did not know very many defensive spells or curses. He pointed on instinct alone and simply willed magic from the wand without a spell blasting the left over werewolves out in fear.
Liam was taken in by MACUSA, and his closest living relatives were contacted. Given his status was a wizard it was best that Liam was granted to a like relative rather than his mother's Muggle side. Liam was given to a cousin who was only 30 living with his partner in London. Giles Lightvein was more than welcoming and while the Lightvein family held the same views as the Baldur family they were much less influencing and had never reached out into politics. Giles was a journalist for a small article that reached the Daily Prophet usually talking about new spells to make life easier and up-to-date studies and breakthroughs of the wizarding world. His partner, David Fumiko, worked as an aurologist for the Ministry of Magic. Helping Liam Baldur along was hard, but things weren't nearly as bad as they could have been. In order for Liam to enter the country from America he was set to sign the Werewolf registry and Code of Conduct. His guardians were made to also sign forms that held them fully responsible for any of his actions until the age of 17.
Upon attending Hogwarts Liam was instantly placed under the microscope. His first year from start to finish was under watchful eyes even granting special visits from the Ministry to ensure that precautions were being held with the highest security. Had it not been for the boys fortunate family wealth and influence he may had never been considered as a student for Hogwarts.
A secret passageway behind the portrait of a wolf attacking a knight on the fourth floor corridor just before the Hospital Wing, held a path for him to reach a fully locked area in the Forbidden Forest. The spells in place allow only wizards and witches to pass through the area and prevents beast and animals from leaving the area until dawn. Every evening just before nightfall of a full moon a professor escorts Liam through this passage and ensures he is within the boundaries before his transformation. While it is possible for someone to happen upon this magical cage in the forest only they would be able to escape. It's a large enough enclosure that the werewolf inside would never full comprehend it to be a cage. It spreads a proximity of a hundred feet in a full circle, but being invisible the werewolf would simply hit a soft force keeping it from going further.
Liam discovered an affinity for potions and dueling. It is assumed he would be offered a position in taking Dark Arts upon his 6th year. He doesn't have a lot of friends and never tried for quidditch. He keeps to his studies and himself and gained a reputation of being a loner with dark secrets. For now Liam just tries to get through his schooling which he is lucky to receive given his condition. He hopes to one day become a curse-breaker, but finding employment with his condition being public knowledge will be his most challenging aspect in life.

History: As a little boy, he had a difficult home life. He was abused by his parents, and he felt alone in the world. He had no one to turn to, and he felt like he had no escape. He was stuck in a cycle of pain and suffering. As he grew older, he started to rebel and look for a way to express his anger and hurt. At the age of 15, he joined a gang and found a sense of belonging and acceptance that he had longed for.

Unfortunately, gang life brought its own set of problems. He was exposed to violence and drugs, and he quickly became involved in illegal activities. His gang was involved in turf wars and robberies, and he was constantly in danger of being arrested or hurt.

The trauma he experienced in his childhood and the trauma he experienced in the gang caused him to develop C-PTSD (Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder). Personality: Determined without a goal or a cause. He is always pushing to do and be better than before regardless of the situation. He has always been independent and hardworking. Really at heart he is a childlike, free-spirited wanderer. History: Ancient Past_ Athena was a bright and studious witch who made it her mission to learn all the magic had to teach. Of course wands were not a big use in ancient times it is believed she was the very witch to introduce wands to the wizarding world. Athena was considered the first true wandmaker and has descendants all over the world who to present day carry her affinity for the art of wandmaking. Xylander, Ollivander, Peverell, and Acajor all descended from Athena. Athena used local cores for powerful magic and local woods, mainly olive. She is also one of the few Witches or Wizards ever to possess an ability to converse with birds. Athena is believed to be one of the first Poulímouth. The talents of her descendants can be recognized everywhere through exceptional wandmakers and the select few gifted Poulímouths.
Childhood_ Born to Lazarus Xylander, a pureblood wizard from a prominent southern European wandmaking family, and Wilhelmina (Mina) Lami, a half-Vampire witch. Lazarus and Mina adored one another, but their love received backlash from the Xylander family. The couple were forced to elope and start a new life outside the Xylander influence and prejudice. Lazarus was still legally a Xylander, Mina would never join the family tree even if they produced a son, or especially then. However, the couple did produce a child the same year they married. Lazarus and Mina, unfortunately, died a short few months after having their son. Many news reports went on for weeks about the couples sudden death while in their home. Immediately, as if it were expected to happen baby Cain's grandparents, Abidan and Damaris Xylander, showed up to the home to retrieve their grandson. While Abidan, his grandfather, worked as a Turkish wandmaker, which occured quite a bit of wealth and influence, he ensured the records of Cain's birth by a halfbreed were set for altering. According to his new records while his birthplace was the same he was born to Lazarus Xylander by a pureblood witch whose family had actually gone extinct two centuries prior. Alma Perriwell was the newly documented mother of Cain Apollo Xylander. The Xylander family influence assisted with the coverup well enough that by the time the boy was three and exhibiting magical abilities no one questioned him being a Pureblood. Cain was raised in the prejudice of the family and eventually the family was forced to move to Godric's Hollow to find a match for their grandson. It wasn't until he was ten that the family realized he had a rare gift. Cain was able to speak with birds and as it was such a rare gift that only passed through family lines it was only ensuring more facts to coverup his true blood status so as not to taint the family name.
Going to Hogwarts he was placed in Gryffindor. He proved his talents in CoMC, Charms, Transfigurations, and even in Potions. He quickly became an asset to the house duelling team. Even proving talents as a Seeker starting his fourth year.
Adulthood-Present Day_
By his sixth year his grandparents wrote to him about a family he was to meet over winter break. The Delille family was a very prominent European pureblood family and having a daughter his age seemed logical to pair the two. He and Emiliya seemed to get on amazingly. When it came time to leave the school it was only a couple of years before the lovebirds finally married. And the same year they were expecting a child, unknown to them it was going to be twins.
Unfortunately, the couple would face very many harsh trials. Emiliya was not an only child, in fact the Delille family had enough generations to produce many more Pureblood lines for the future. Emiliya's older sister, Tatiana was no fan of Cain Xylander or his grandparents. She very well could have been gifted with intuition or precognative sight. She always seemed to be full of questions about the family because she sensed something wasn't particularly pure about Cain. Yes, he had magical abilities appear at a very early age and he had a gift that was usually only witnessed as a gift among certain pureblood families, but she felt the need to destroy her sister's happiness. Tatiana had no cause or reason for her untrusting nature toward the Xylander family, but it led to a secret investigation with profound results.
At this time the couple had no idea of the child they were expecting. Cain took a job in Spain to procure a few interesting wandcores he was curious to experiment with. He had the idea to open a wandshop somewhere and start a family business. While away his wife spent time with her family, but her siblings had an obsession with seeing each other fail or something was seriously wrong with them. Some sort of dispute came to fruition that led to Emiliya in a duel with her brother, Radimir. The conflict sent them both to St.Mungos. While her family was not eligible to receive word about her wellbeing given her marriage status an owl was sent to her husband. The letter detailed her injuries sustained from a domestic familial duel. The letter also entailed that his wife was expecting twins.
Cain made it back North as quickly as possible taking a winged horse chariot all the way from Spain to England. He arrived at their home to find it empty. Making his way to the bedroom he discovered a stack of papers rather than his healing wife. The first paper was a letter from Emiliya's father, Norman Delille. He informed him that due to unforeseen circumstances and a haunting revelation the couple were no longer permitted to be with one another, yet alone in contact. Mr. Delille also went on to inform him the twins Emiliya was pregnant with did not make it through the injuries she sustained. Cain was nearly too broken to even read the other papers. The second and third letters were official family bloodline documents. He now saw the unforeseen circumstances which would ensure he never again saw his beloved wife. The first document held his mother and father's names only there was no tree connecting Alma Perriwell to any other relatives only a single branch with the surname and underneath the word Pureblood. His father's tree branched through the names of the Xylander family all the way back to the 12th century. Cain read the second document which matched the first only his mother's name was changed to Wilhelmina (Mina) Lami and under her name was Half-Vampire. The second document portraying his real mother's name traced her only back a few generations. Her own father was a Vampire who was labeled to be so old that only question marks followed the year of birth. While both documents held his name as the offspring only one held the official International Wizarding Family Registration seal. At last, Cain reached the final paper which appeared to be a letter written by another one of Emiliya's family members, her sister probably. It was written as a threat. She described the situation as a marriage under false pretense and should he ever reach out to Emiliya under any circumstances the DeLille family would be forced to make his blood status publicly known and have his and his family's name disgraced by wizardkind. The letters were enough for him to not desire any contact with his wife who was now probably going through the most horrible emotional trauma imaginable from the discovery and loss of their children and her husband. What he was entirely unaware of was the sinister acts taking place behind the scenes. The Xylander may had forged documents to prove blood purity, but rather than do that the DeLille family had a much more practical approach that was entirely legal...well for the most part. When Emiliya was taken from St.Mungos by her family she was informed of her pregnancy and she was to be expecting twins within the next four to six months. While Norman DeLille loved his family he took more pride in their status as purebloods than he did in having such a large and supportive family. Upon the time for the twins to be born poor Emiliya barely got to see their faces and name them before tragedy struck. Zayn and Zarya were perfect infants to their mother who loved them dearly. The birth took place inside the DeLille home. After Emiliya rested from labor the family did the most unthinkable act. They wiped her memories of ever having the children. She was told they were both stillborn, but Zayn and Zarya were in fact sent away to live with a relative of Roksana Drozdov. It was one of her cousins, Alyssa Drozdov, a witch in the Russian Ministry of Magic with her life partner, Ariadna Belov, halfbreed, part-veela. Cain packed up and in an emotional drunken rage burned his and Emiliya's home down to the ground. He took his grandparent's home who were still alive, but could definitely use some assistance. While Cain stayed under the guise of being there to help his feeble grandparents he wanted to get to the bottom of the conspiracy. He confronted his grandparents having already allowed his emotions to get the best of them he placed his grandparents under the Cruciatus curse forcing them to admit everything. Once the truth was revealed his resentment toward his own family grew deeply in a matter of a few moments. This was the first and last violent act Cain would ever admit. His emotional state which has never before been seen again got the vest of him as he killed his grandparents for their lies and prejudice.
It wasn't hard to say they died of natural causes and it was a mere coincidence that their lives both escaped them the same day. No one questioned this as the Xylander family was far too prominent to commit such unlawful acts as forgery of documentation, arsenal, and murder. Cain remained in his grandparents home in Godric's Hollow. It was there he grew to become obsessed with the Deathly Hallows. It wrapped his mind in fantasy as he believed acquiring the fabeled resurrection stone would bring back his dead twins and their mere existence in the world would be enough to convince Emiliya to run away with him and away from her families influence.
His profound knowledge of wandlore was deemed exceptional to the standards of the UK Ministry of Magic. So much so that it gained the attention of the Hogwarts Headmaster who was in need of replacing the retiring Xylomamcy professor. Cain accepted the position at the school and began his first term just a year prior to present day. While teaching he found passion in life again and while he still longs to be with Emiliya his heart must be reminded of the dangers each time he must see one of his fellow faculty members, Emiliya's sister, Karina. No longer allowing his emotions to get the better of him he is a bit of a friend to both students and faculty often coming across as fatherly or brotherly rather. History: Sasha Belov was a young wizard who enjoyed traveling and sowing his wild oats. While he married Ruslana Kovel, he was not one to settle down so easily, in fact, it could be noted that his name and bloodline continues today in at least six Eastern European countries. Sasha always gave into his carnal desire for women. From Muggles/Magls to Veela his passion and love had no bounds or discrimination if the woman fancied him. Sasha Belov ilegally married sixteen different women and each of them was blessed with at least one child.
Ruslana was probably his fourteenth or fifteenth wife. While he did love all his wives and tried often to at least assist in the care of his children he usually held no part in their actual upbringing. Sasha was an explorer for wizardkind making new discoveries on all of his adventures as well as making new wives and children. Until he was arrested for his adulterous acts his wives and children knew nothing of each other. While many had their suspicions it wasn't until Ruslana caught him in the act with a Magl maiden in their very own barn. This was before their child was born during her pregnancy.
Following a dispute Sasha was arrested by the Ukrainian Ministry of Magic. After further investigation it was discovered that Sasha Belov fathered at least 22 children by at least sixteen different women. While he spent nearly five years in a Russian wizard prison he had been sent to several other prisons in other countries where he still had crimes to atone for. From Ruslana he had his son Stefan who was raised without his father. None of his wives received much compensation for the raising of their children by him. However, when Stefan was nine he and his mother were visited by a woman about twenty years old. Her name was Ariadna. She claimed to be the eldest of Sasha Belovs known children. As her mother was the first known wife they received most of the compensation. Stefan was already nine and still hadn't shown sign of magical abilities. His family was poor and his mother could not afford to send him to school. Ruslana at last took all of her strength to relinquish her rights to her child, but Ariadna offered to house him and care for him magical or not. It was her way of paying some of her father's dues. Ariadna took Stefan back to live with her and her wife, Alyssa Drozdov. They had also adopted their half-brother, Cedric. Ariadna and Alyssa were not the wealthiest, but they made enough to live comfortably. Alyssa worked in the Russian Ministry of Magic while Ariadna was an artist. When Stefan turned eleven he received a letter from Koldovstoretz. Given a small feat of magic appeared when he was attacked by a stray dog and the dog was transformed into a much smaller and less ferocious breed. He was put into the system and joined Voronin House. Upon his second year he was placed into Black Court within his house showing academic skills in defensive and offensive magic. It was his fourth year when Alyssa and Ariadna took in a set of twins, Zayn and Zarya and gave them the Belov name. He didn't know too much about the situation, but it was his own little hapoy messed up family. When Stefan turned fifteen the family had to unexpectedly move very far from their home. Alyssa was given a task by her Ministry to work with the British Ministry in tracking Grindelwald's acolytes and other Dark witches and wizards. They had no choice given the investigation was going to be extensive for an unknown amount of time. Alyssa moved them still away from any chance of danger. The family settled in a quite wizard village in Scotland. Go figure the horizon for the town held a wizarding school which the children would be transferred to. Stefan was placed in Slytherin after seeing Headmaster Black in his office and trying on a silly talking hat. He is now in his final year of schooling and hadn't really made many friends from such a short start. He spent most of his time alone with his studies. At this point in his life he considered Alyssa and Ariadna both his mother's and his half-brother and adopted siblings were like regular siblings. They truly were a happy family. Stefan aims in his studies to become an Auror, but his final year of schooling is probably going to be the most intense yet.

Personality: Cedric is really just a free spirit intuned with his higher sense of being. He is very creative and imaginative. His goals in life are to become an accomplished inventor of spells and potions and wishes to become a master potioneer. He is a little sensitive, but also very empathetic. History: The last of Sasha Belov's known children from the last of his known marriages. His mother, Gertrude Harmon-Belov, was a muggle who learned of a life threatening cancer shortly after discovering she was with child. She had only been married for two years, before Cedric was born. She kept her illness secret from Sasha, who while she was pregnant took her to a naming seer having been completely honest about his magical skills. The seer could not name him for an odd reason she was unable to peer into the child's future as if being blocked by some unknown unseen force. It was this that made the seer determine he was a highly gifted Occlumens as not even fate could know his destiny within. Sasha chose the name for him using Cedric after Gertrude's own father. One day Sasha never returned and later she learned he had committed crimes of some sort and was held in custody without visitation rights.
Cedric's mother died during labor and an emergency c-section was performed to save the baby. Cedric is one of the few people in the world who can see Thestrals not because he has witnessed death, but because he was born from it. There was no magic capable of saving his muggle mother.
Cedric was marked by the Ministry as a child potentially capable of magic after the investigation and arrest of Sasha Belov. He was in a muggle orphanage til he was four by which time he was detected to have used magic, but no one figured out that there was a car as light as a bubble floating around Paris until much later which led to several investigations. Cedric had no choice but to be placed with a magical family. Luckily, his half-sister, Ariadna learned of him in time to get him and keep him with at least one real family member. It was thanks to her wife Alyssa Drozdov. Ariadna was the eldest child of Sasha Belov. She adopted her half siblings, Stefan and Cedric, with her wife. Later, the couple adopted cousins of Alyssa's. Twins, Zayn and Zarya Belov. There was a blood purity dispute and they were halfbreeds which meant their DeLille family would not have their name tarnished by bad blood and would rather send them off.
Cedric got to witness his brother start at Koldovstoretz. He was placed in Vornin House and was quickly placed in Black Court his second term. Cedric went in two years later joining Romanov House and his second term was placed in Azure Court. Unfortunately, the boys had to exchange from Koldovstoretz to Hogwarts when their "mother" Alyssa had to do Ministry work on investigating and tracking criminal activity connected to Gellert Grindelwald. The family was moved quickly to the UK, but neither of their mothers wanted that life affecting them so they moved as close to the school as possible. The family has a cottage in Hogsmeade on the edge of the town limits away from all the store and shop streets. The train tracks run about three acres back behind their home. Starting up at Hogwarts Cedric was placed in Gryffindor, while his brother was placed in Slytherin. Both were very ambitious boys raised by their sister as her sons they grew up in a genuinely healthy lifestyle together. Cedric strives to be a master potioneer and spell inventor once he graduates. His goals are very precise and it is no doubt he is capable.of achieving them.

History: Adalexi was born to Raleigh and Octavius Sherman, along with her twin brother (Carter). Her father was a auror who was away most of the time, leaving her and her brother with her mother. Then four years later her younger sister Madeline was born, then another four years later Sadie’s brother Harper was born, then 11 months later her sister Lilac. A bit after Lilac was born her father left permanently, leaving her to help take care of her siblings along with her twin brother.
