I seem to have a jinx right now.

30.3 message 1542 I had a total of 235. That was correct

Then the problem begins, my fault originally:
message 1714: by Kathy KS Accidentally posted to unclaim 30.4, but pasted in info for 20.6. Edited quickly to cancel that. See below for the following, correct post….

30.4 ***UNCLAIMED*** message 1715: Total points : 235-30=205

Then later posted:
25.2 message 1718 Total points : 230

But the Readerboard now says: 210!! Please catch me up.

My tickets were all adjusted correctly, so they are fine.

I think something's gone wrong somewhere in the unclaim/reclaim process, or I've missed another task you've posted somewhere along the way. I have your points for 25.2 logged.

These are the tasks I have logged for you:

10.2 / 10.5
15.8
20.1 / 20.3 / 20.4 / 20.5 / 20.7 / 20.8
25.2
30.3

I must be missing one somewhere, but I'm not sure where.

OK, I think I see what happened and take responsibility for confusion.
The missing points are for 20.6, which was posted in message 205.
The problem began with my jinxed posts.

**UNCLAIM!!** Stats adjusted below. IGNORE THIS, I pasted in the wrong task!!!
20.6 - It's A Fact- Julia103's Task: This is Jeopardy! [and then the rest of the post...]

I noticed the minute I posted and edited RIGHT THEN to add the ignore part. Obviously, that messed things up, I guess I thought you'd just skip it all, so didn't change the counts at the bottom.

Anyway, these are my valid counts and should total 230 according to three different types of count I have.
10.2 / 10.5
15.8
20.1 / 20.3 / 20.4 / 20.5 /20.6 / 20.7 / 20.8
25.2
30.3

Sorry this is a pain, but that should fix things

You'll need to repost, I'm afraid. Given the sheer number of posts in the claim threads, it's not really feasible for mods to go back through them. Sorry!

There seems to be a mix up with my GO and It's a Fact tickets on the readerboard. I should have 1 GO ticket and 2 It's a Fact tickets, but the readerboard says 2 GO tickets and 1 It's a Fact ticket.

One GO ticket from post 1618

Two It's a Fact tickets from posts 1709 and 1760.

I suspect it was 1760 that went wrong, as everything was correct until then.

Thanks for everything you do, it must be such a lot to keep on top of.

How strange. I wonder if I've accidentally assigned you someone else's points somewhere.

These are the tasks I have completed for you:

5.2, 5.6, 5.7, 5.8, 5.9 = 25
10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.4, 10.5, 10.7, 10.9, 10.10 = 80
15.6, 15.7 = 30
20.1, 20.3, 20.4, 20.5, 20.6, 20.7, 20.9 = 140
25.1, 25.2, 25.4, 25.5, 25.7 = 125
30.1, 30.2, 30.3 = 90
50.1 = 50

I have not claimed Task 25.7 yet, which is coincidentally the task I created. You must be psychic though because it it the next time I will be claiming.

If you credited me with someone else's Task 25.7, then it occurred between my last 2 posts, Message #1835 & 1950.

message 249: by Kathy KS (new)

Kathy KS | 2381 comments I don't want to step on toes, but would like to know the answer to this question for future SRC tasks:

In message 2151: by Rachel (Completed Tasks Sum23), it seems you have allowed the use of Oddball (Sarah's Scribbles, #4) by Sarah Andersen for part of the task.

Several years ago, I tried to use the first volume in that series for a task and it was DISallowed because the rules state: "Collections of syndicated, periodical or internet comic strips, single or short-format panels, or cartoons must be at least 200 pages to be used for SRC tasks." [emphsis added].

The Sarah's Scribbles Facebook page calls this a webcomic, although I was going to read the libraries paperback copy.

So, is it OK to use this series now? I'd love it, if so, but thought I better clarify which rule is applicable.

Thanks.

Right, this comes down to me not having known it's a webcomic. That's a mistake on my part and it shouldn't have been allowed through.
