It ends/starts with us: thoughts?

I just got both and I’ve heard that It Starts With Us is a prequel?
So for those who have read both, which should I actually read first?

I would recommend reading it ends with us first .I personally think in that way you will enjoy it starts with us more cause you will know the background story. You might find it weird why it is end first and not start (I did) But once u read it you’ll understand why the author named it that way

you read it ends with us first then it starts with us, the first book is really good but it's basically her current life, the second book is going back through her past and reintroducing new people. old "friends" it switches back and forth between her past and present but super easy to keep up with over I loved both books and have read them several times already

It Ends with us is the first book of the 2 book series. I really enjoyed these. Read the first one in 2 days and the second one in one day.

i’ve read a lot of CoHo’s books and i was very underwhelmed with the second book, although it’s nice to have a follow along from the first novel. overrated, maybe, good, yes

they're good books. I think they're not for everyone, specially It ends with us. I recommend you read the trigger warnings before starting it.
Maybe when you get to It starts with us you'll see lots of comments saying it was an unnecessary sequel. I think it was really necessary for my peace of mind, because I wasn't okay with the end of the first book. In my opinion, the second one it's more enjoyable than the first. Hope this helps you <3

I just realized it deleted some, I heard the second was a prequel but thanks for the input I will definitely read It Ends With Us first!
