Just finished Don't Quit Your Daydream by Adrian J Smith
MC's are 50 and 35. It's a slow burn, ice queen, opposites attract type. I enjoyed it, though it ended rather abruptly for me.

The Headmistress from Milena McKay is an all time favorite. MC's are early 30's/mid 40's. Ice queen, strong women, forbidden romance, and a little mystery.

Lee Winter's A Brutal Truth is a great one too. I think Maddie is in her 30's, Elena in her 40's.
