Shashi (sixseasons) | 3 comments Dear Writers,
As a reader, how do I know that your book is worth- reading? Readers may be reluctant to pick your book if you are a new author and they have not heard about you. My suggestion as a reader to you is: write blogs/articles to share your knowledge/learning experiences, not just to promote your book. The knowledge can be directly sourced from the book you wrote, or your learning experiences on writing a book, or anything useful. Blogs/articles that teach something useful may create a bond between a reader and a writer. In addition, you should post/share your contents in wider variety of platforms, not just in facebook, twitter or linked-in.

Lynne Stringer | 40 comments I blog once a week. I also use Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. I jump through every hoop there is. Unfortunately, it doesn't do much good if people don't know my blog exists. Do you have any tips on how to spread the word about it?

With at least some minimally positive results I did everything you did plus getting a page on Google Plus and some rare posts to Kindle Boards. These two earned me a good handful of "fans" that look for my blog posts and that resulted in some sales.

Shashi (sixseasons) | 3 comments There are sites like reddit.com with million of users but the most of the posts don't make it to front page. New authors' books get lost in Amazon. Emerging writers's contents don't get enough space and visibility on mainstream media. For those reasons, I started DebutCity.com and LearningBook.org to bring some visibility to people's hard works. It will sound like marketing for my websites but I do have good intents. I do share useful articles on Learningbook.org. I would like to invite all of you to start sharing your blog links on LearningBook.org as another platform. "How many users do you have?", you will ask. Not many at this time. A slice of loaf is better than none.

Linda Kallestein (lindamayk) | 41 comments Grab this books for your childrens they'll surely love them
Baby animals are cuddly and adorable. This pictures book consists of beautiful color photographs of 10 different baby animals. Each one starts with the question of what the baby of an animal is called, to engage toddlers so they can learn a little about animals. And hopefully fall helplessly in love with them.http://www.amazon.com/Baby-Animals-Ad...

Everyone loves animals. So do we. That's why we want to share this love with kids. "The Small Mice of Homesville" is a read aloud story for young children, or an easy-reader for beginning readers.

In this picture book, beautiful color photographs of animals from all over the world are combined with the alphabet. One animal for each letter of the alphabet. Toddlers learn the alphabet in a fun way when they recognize the animals. And hopefully fall helplessly in love with them.http://www.amazon.com/Animal-Kingdom-...
