Please help me sort out my series mess.

I've got a bit of a conundrum that I might have created myself. *face palm* I was trying to put all editions of my book's series together, and I just made a mess because Goodreads informed me I did it incorrectly. I am terribly sorry, and I would greatly appreciate help sorting this out.

Years ago, I published a two-book series called Rising. Book 1 was "Resistance" and book two was "Rebellion."

Later on down the line, I split these two books into four and republished them as Rising, Part 1: Legacy, Part 2: Fractured, Part 3: Remnant, and Part 4: Ascending.

I recently went back to the original two-version series, but I gave them different title names. Now they are Rising, Book 1: Wings of Change and Book 2: The Promised Skies.

Right now, some of the four-part series are merged with some of the two-book series, and some are separate, and I believe that's because I combined them all when I shouldn't have.

If there is any way at all to have the two-book serieses combined--like, Rising Book 1: Resistance merged with Rising Book 1: Wings of Change and Rising Book 2: Rebellion merged with Rising Book 2: The Promised Skies, that would be amazing.

The old four-part series would, I believe, need to be separated completely given Goodreads guidelines? But as I said, some of them are combined with others right now.

I have done the required separations. In future, only combine books that are the same as each other.
