Has anyone read this? Is it clean? Language? Sex?

I haven't read it but I did a word search of the many Amazon reviews for the book. One said no gratuitous sex or violence though the book starts off with a murder. No one said anything about swear words in it either and if it's bad usually someone will comment on it.
