Lesly | 4 comments Save your money and only buy your fave author(s). Go to the library!! This will save you hundreds of dollars and space! Libraries are awesome and offer so much and all for free!

Yeehawwlovesbooks | 449 comments I miss Barnes and noble but the books have gotten higher so I stick to amazon! That’s seems to have every book that I want.

Emms-hiatus(ish) | 109 comments I read voraciously. I literally would have no room if I bought physical copies of books, and most just aren't good enough to want to own.

I utilize my public library for ebook and audiobooks, as well as Kindle and Scribd.

I physically own 2 copies of one book. Gideon the Ninth. One to loan out, and one to keep.

message 55: by Emma (new)

Emma my local library book store has amazing monthly book sales. There's high turnover so you can new books quite often, at $1-3 USD each, it's a steal

message 56: by Samantha (new)

Samantha Deyo | 26 comments Mostly Amazon, but occassionally Barne's and Noble or a local book store. I also go to libraries a lot! It's a great way to save money.

message 57: by Addie (new)

Addie | 7 comments I used to go to Half Price Books at least once a week because you could get so many used books for cheap, but now the prices have gone up. I've still been going, but I only buy physical copies of books that I absolutely love and want to collect. Otherwise I do eBooks on my Nook

Shelby Franks (sfranks429) | 20 comments Amazon mostly, thrift books(the site), groceries stores, anywhere really.

message 68: by Emily (new)

Emily Jones | 1 comments I get mine from either Amazon, Books a Million or a website called Book Outlet. Check out their website, they buy books wholesale from places like Target or wherever else&they get a good deal on them so they are able to sell them cheap. They are brand new books but sometimes you will notice an imperfection in the binding or something like that but well worth their super cheap prices&they are always running sales on their already cheap books

message 69: by Sydney (new)

Sydney Toups | 1 comments I like to attempt to thrift all of my books before I buy them brand new. I go to goodwill or Bookmans or any thrift store I find. For some reason it makes me feel better to read a book that has already been loved before buying it brand new. That way if I end up wanting to donate or pass it on I don’t feel bad that I “wasted” money on a brand new one.

⋆。˚୨ lainabelle ୧˚。⋆ | 36 comments I usually go to goodwill or amazon, or other stores like target Walmart etc. I loveee going to Barnes and nobles but I try to find them cheaper somewhere else first

message 71: by Jen (new)

Jen (Aero’s Version) | 28 comments The bookstores inside libraries, nothing ever over $3 here. The ones that have released within the last year are $3, and older than that are $1, anything older than 5 years is 4 for a $1, and they are some great best sellers. Start there!

message 79: by Britt S (new)

Britt S (britt34) | 8 comments I usually order on Amazon but I don’t always like how they handle their books. I’ll go to any local stores (Walmart, target, barnes and nobles) but I have also found little mom and pop book stores not far from me that I really enjoy. I see a lot of people find books at thrift stores. I’ve looked in ones around me and never find anything good.

Margo (mangoseaquest) | 5 comments half priced books ... thrift stores ... local book stores

message 81: by Elsa (new)

Elsa | 27 comments I basically js google where the cheapest books are cuz I usually buy like 5 books at a time so I can save more money that way. and there aren't really any bookstores where I live and if I were to buy books at Barnes and Noble for example, the shipping would cost a fortune sooo
