He is now rich and has a tv show where a tv crew follows him and his brothers flipping houses and selling them. As she knows the house well she is invited to participate in the flip and she is offered to move into the house where the crew manager and him will be staying. They fall in love whilst the house gets flipped and at the end he gifts her the house. I remember at some point her best friend goes to the house to visit her and they find int he street a lost girl, that turns out to be the hero's niece, this is a series and the next couple are the girls dad and the friend. All the characters are on their 20s.
