Anya | 28 comments I want to get into vinyl collecting so any recs for record players or tips would be greatly appreciated. What album do you think I should purchase first? What is the maintenance like?

Farida Kamilia | 46 comments Oooh.. I think Audio Technica LP 60 is pretty good for beginners as it is not complicated to use. I think you need to avoid the suitcase player at all cost as it can damage your vinyl in the long run.

victoria (victoriarxses) | 23 comments I'd recommend audio technica turntables, they're affordable for a good quality record player and the sound quality is also nice. try to also get a record cleaning kit containing cleaning fluid, a cleaning cloth, and a microfiber brush. they will come in handy so your vinyl stays clean. a stylus brush is also good for cleaning the stylus (the needle) when there is dust.

rae (jurdan's version) I have a Crosley record! It wasn't too expensive and I love it smm. I recommend getting some kind of cleaning supplies bc you definitely need to be cleaning them or the sound wont be good. Make sure you have an area where you can store your vinyls so they wont damage. My first ever vinyl was Lover bc its my favorite Taylor album so just get whatever album you really love <33 also I suggest you don't get the albums that don't have Taylor Version so that you can get the Taylors Version when it comes out!

Hope this helps <33
