Merging Reviews/Temporary Cover

Hello,

For my most recent book, there are two profiles/cover images up. One was a temporary cover/half-hidden cover that I put up before I had the new cover for a cover reveal:

And the actual cover of the book (which was updated on Amazon, the only site where it was published, before the publishing date):

The issue is that the temporary cover profile now has one of my few reviews on it. Is there a way to move that review over to the profile with the actual/full cover and get rid of the temporary cover profile?

Also, since I like to do cover reveals with my readers, but still have a temporary cover up for pre-order, is there anything you suggest I do going forward to ensure that you know it is a temporary cover on the profile?

One of the editions you listed is a Kindle and the other is paperback. I combined them, so reviews are now shared. I replaced the cover of the Kindle with the actual cover from Amazon.

If a cover is placeholder, it can be removed and replaced with the actual cover once this is available. You don't need a superlibrarian to do that, so please request at the proper folder.

By the way, the cover on seems like a placeholder, but that's the same cover Amazon has.
