For over 10 years now I've been 'rescuing' books that were left without titles and/or authors after the software changeover. Recently, after taking a break from it for a while, I've now found many thousands of books have been added into the Unknown author listing. Does anyone know what happened?

On checking some of my old edits, I've found a new message on pages where I wasn't able to find any info on a book. It says "This item does not meet our catalog guidelines and can no longer be rated or reviewed." I had been putting such books back into the old "Unknown Author" followed by a number format as a way of getting them out of the Unknown author listing and keeping myself from repeatedly searching for info on the same books. The author pages are now no longer available. Perhaps this has something to do with it?

Quite possibly this is it.
There is a lot of bad stuff going on with the database as a result of poorly thought out scripts and processes. No doubt this is yet another side effect.I have had trouble accessing author pages as well.

OK, new problem with the "Unknown" author books list pages. Now if I try to access those pages I get the "Page not Found" message. The books themselves are still there, I just can't access the pages. Did I miss an announcement about them or do I need to make a bug report?
