What to do with ASINs/ISBNs which cannot be found online?

This record is for a book from a secondhand book dealer, and should be marked invalid or deleted.
The ASIN listed is B0BV74JWFM, which does not turn up any search results on Google or any e-commerce website. Also, the publication year is 1800, which is not possible since the book is based on an expedition in the early 1900s.
I'm confused regarding the policies for these types of books. Should I put in a delete request or ignore it and merge with the correct title of the author?
