I would read it, sounds good. but a book with that plot but under 200 pages? I'll be a little turned off hearing that because I would probably question it's pace and will think it's not a good slow burn

It sounds somewhat intriguing. But maybe you should add more description? Not giving as much away though. And also, under 200 pages? For a good book to really have time to develop and intrigue me, I'd like atleast 300 pages.

Oh, and also! Maybe remove "That will make you cry", because that is a little bit of a turn off because of how, un-professional is sounds, also how it's a little bit of a spoiler. (No hate- congrats on your new book!)

I agree with what the others wrote. It sounds very interesting and I would definitly read. It sounds very intriguing. However 200 pages might be too little to create a good plot and get the reader to form a connection with the characters (somthing I find very important)
I would also remove the part about it making you cry, because personally when authors write this I feel like it ruins my own opinion and interparation of the book, making me less atrakted to it.
This however is just critical feedback and also note the posetive :)
