Please remove Proof version

Hiya,

I have noticed that Amazon has made the proof versions of books to go live which means the proof versions show up on Goodreads. I have asked them to unlink them but it hasn't happened yet. So please are you able to remove the proof version of this book from my list of books but if that's not possible, then can you please combine it with the existing version of the book?
