Frank Pike quote for The Playwright's Handbook

I corrected mistakes on a quote about how fiction writers can use The Playwright's Handbook. Now there are two quotes. Can a librarian delete the first quote, which is missing a 'the' before fiction writer. The only other problem is that the second quote lost The Playwright's Handbook subject line from the first quote. Thank you so so much for helping this neophyte.
