For your informaiton, you recombined before the merged was done, thus failing the merge. The reviews went to the default edition instead of to the edition you wanted. There is a reason I wrote "queued" instead of "done".
According to the manual, you need to wait for the "edition: Deleted" message in the librarian log before recombining.It seems like all my queued deletes are stuck for a day now. I started a thread here to ask if this is a common problem.
