Please help, there is a PROOF edition included with my book. I have an ebook and paperback, but the proof version is also listed (automatically?) and it is showing as the default. I would like the PROOF edition removed entirely, please. Thank you for your help.

I marked that edition Invalid. Please don't edit proof titles as it makes it more difficult to help you.
