My twitter address doesn't work!

I've been trying to get my twitter address to work and have tried dozens of different ways of doing it and nothing works!
I admit to being technically challenged but I cannot fathom what I'm doing wrong. Below is the address copied and pasted direct from Twitter.

I've tried using this and loads of other versions.
Any ideas?

This is definitely not a librarian issue.

As far as I know you should only put the ladameblanche24 part there and then the system creates the link.
