clean read?

is there any recommendations for clean graphic novels( young adult would be appreciated)?

Haikyuu is the cleanest one I know but there is some swearing. No F-bombs or sex scenes. The first five graphic novels of Wings of Fire are clean-clean. I read those books up to a certain point and then the author introduced an illicit relationship so I stopped. Warrior cats graphic novels are clean but there can be violence. Pretty sure any of the old transformers comics are clean. Solo leveling is violent but otherwise clean, no sex scenes or F-bombs yet and I’m on vol. 6.

Mostly it depends on how you define “clean.” For me, it means light or no swearing, but no F-bombs, no descriptive sex scenes or kissing, but fade to black is usually fine (unless it’s a Christian book then absolutely not), no demonic content, and no illicit relationships (incest, gay stuff, trans stuff, pedo stuff, etc. no hate just preference.) And of course that is for “adult” books. My opinion is that YA should never have sexual content under any circumstances.

Oh and from what I’ve read, any Star Wars comics are clean. No swearing, no f-bombs, no sexual content, nothing. The older you go with graphic novels typically the cleaner it is (from my experience) because writers weren’t allowed to get away with as much.

A Good Day To Be A Dog is pretty clean from what i remember. I've read it more than once and I don't remember it being not clean. However I can't say it's YA since the mains are teachers in a school. But it's really nice and worth a try. It's Romance/Fantasy
