Hakken heard his phone buzz, for the 3rd time that morning as he tried to find his phone, to pick up whoever was calling him at 5:30 in the morning. It wasn't unusual for him to get phone calls this early, but he wasn't used to getting phone calls so early in the morning. ..
Back track a few months earlier, Hakken had just gotten with his (now ex girlfriend) , and they had taken many dates and whatnots. But one day, he decided to go surprise her at her house, bringing her roses and chocolates for their 8 month anniversary. He unlocked the door to her house, using the keys she'd given, only to find that she had been hooking up with another man. Ever since then, he'd kept his distance from her, ending their relationship and leaving the town she was in, even, to get away from her. Ever since then she'd tried to call him to say she was sorry, but Hakken knew she was lying...
Eventually he found his phone, as he swiped the phone call user to answer the phone. "Yo.." He mumbled, as the person on the other side spoke. A gruff voice was on the other line as Hakken answered back. All ready found a new deal? He wondered, telling the gruff voiced guy, his new boss, that he'd be there shortly.

Suhyun was sleeping, that is until his alarm went off. He didn't want to get up. He was thinking about just sleeping all day. He tried to find his phone, it took about five minutes. He couldn't get the alarm to turn off so he just threw his phone at the wall.
After he got his alarm off, he curled up under his blanket. Suhyun didn't usually sleep in but he felt really tired from staying up all night. He had a college exam tomorrow and he was up all night studying for it. Suhyun had told himself time and time again that he wasn't going to go to college but he ended up there. He sat up, he had bed head. "I guess I'll get up now." he took a shower and got dressed before he went out the door. He kind of forgot about his hair but it wasn't too bad. You could just tell he woke up.
Suhyun got to school, he slowly opened the door, and snuck up to his seat. He's never been late before and he really was contemplating staying home. Suhyun hadn't eaten breakfast so his stomach kept loudly growling. "Crap..." he whispered. He sunk down in his seat when some of his classmates looked at him.

Hakken eventually got up, around 6, after falling asleep for another 25 minutes, and then eventually waking up. He yawned, and stretched, bending and folding until most of his bones were stretched out for the morning.
After a few minutes of changing he finally found some clothing to fit with his style. (Looks for him: (view spoiler)) He got his phone from the night stand, looking at the time as he headed out the door with a good hour to spare.
Hakken got his college, the same one as Suhyun's, as he went to the first class he had, Bio-Chem. He headed in, seeing the class just start to come in, and was glad that he wasn't late. He wasn't usually late, and tried to be late, but couldn't force himself to be late. Class started as usual, as he took some notes, and a few pictures, to take notes for later.

Suhyun woke up when class had ended. He hadn't taken hardly any notes, and the notes he did take were printed on the side of his face. "Ugh...at least I got to sleep." he stood up and walked to his next class. Slowly but surely.
Suhyun set his things down and left the room. "I will be back" he told himself over and over again. He decided to find somewhere close so he could find him something to eat. He was starved.

The middle row and front row were a mix, some people leaving earlier depending on how far or how fast they were going. Hakken eventually made it back towards the doors, as he collected his notes, pulling out his phone to see what he had to do next.
"Lunch first, or a light snack." He mumbled to himself, once he'd gotten in front of his next class. It wasn't until another 2 hours later, but he wasn't sure weather to get some food first or eat something after all of his classes. Debating on his choices, he started to walk towards a cafe, which seemed to answer his problems.
Walking in, he waited in line, thinking on what to order, as he pulled out his phone, putting in his airpods as he listened to some music.

Suhyun walked up behind Hakken and stood in line. It was a hard debate on what to get so it was a good thing he wasn't first in line. As he waited, he read through the menu. "Huh...a lot of this sounds so good though...or maybe it's because I'm hungry." Suhyun sighed and slightly whined as it seemed like the line was taking too long.
Suhyun was becoming dizzy, he should have gotten up when his alarm went off and he could have eaten. Then there wouldn't be this problem. He stumbled a bit, trying to keep himself upright as long as possible.
Slowly, his body became more and more weak. He could hardly stand and his vision was becoming blurry. He moved with the line but he almost fell a few times. Suhyun exhaled heavily, trying to stay up, but he couldn't anymore. His knees failed him. He hit the ground and passed out.
Suhyun was becoming dizzy, he should have gotten up when his alarm went off and he could have eaten. Then there wouldn't be this problem. He stumbled a bit, trying to keep himself upright as long as possible.

The sudden thud seemed to alert everyone within the vicinity, including Hakken. He turned around as he saw Suhyun's body on the ground. His eyes seemed to grow wide, as he told the others to call for help. He wasn't sure what or how that incident had happened, but he knew that he had to help, no matter what.
The ambulance came within a matter of minutes, seeing as the others had done what Hakken had done, as they took Suhyun on the ambulance, taking him to the nearest hospital as they took him to a regular bed, in a medium sized room. Hakken wasn't sure weather to leave or stay, but fidgeted with his fingers as he checked the time.
If he left then he could go to his classes an hour early, but if he stayed, he might not be able to make it to class on time and that would make him really annoyed, and he didn't like it when he was annoyed.

He decided it'd be better to leave him to the nurses, seeing that he already seemed to be able to sit up and eat and talk as well. "Glad it didn't damage that much." Hakken mumbled quietly, as he quickly headed out of the room.
For some reason he didn't like being in the same room as the nurses, and it felt like they were taking all the credit, despite the fact that Hekkan, he, himself, was the one who helped Sunhyun to begin with. "Why..." He mumbled, heading into the bathroom as he sighed softly. He wasn't sure why he was feeling like this, but he didn't like it.
He decided it'd be better to leave him to the nurses, seeing that he already seemed to be able to sit up and eat and talk as well. "Glad it didn't damage that much." Hakken mumbled quietly, as he quickly headed out of the room.

I don't have enough money for a taxi or anything and my car's at school." He sighed heavily. "Guess I'll have to walk. Looks like I won't be making it to class" he said as he started his walk.

As he headed back to his class, he took the busses, managing to go to his class on time, despite thinking he'd be late, which he wasn't. He didn't know weather he'd have time to grab his belongings as well, from the cafe, but he did, about 2 minutes, before his class started, so he was glad.
Eventually, he headed to his second class, making sure that he was near the middle of course, as that's where he sat, taking out his notes as he sat down. A few of his friends were in the class as well, so he managed to talk with them for a bit before class started.

After about twenty minutes of looking, he decided to just sit. He couldn't find him and he couldn't walk around anymore. He sat on the ground and pulled out his computer. "I'll just study some" he said, he was working hard and ignoring everything around him.

Hakken got to study and talk, whilst taking notes, which accounted him some good willed time to just relax. He hadn't had that kind of relaxation since high school, and even then, he was mostly in the library either listening or complaining about the homework.
As the class ended he collected his material, looking to head back to his dorms as he had one more class left and he wanted to freshen up before then. He yawned, quietly, as the class had taken a decent amount of energy from him and he wanted to lie down on his bed and relax for a couple of minutes.

Suhyun flinched when he felt a tap on his shoulder. "O-Oh...hi. Sorry. Can I help you?" he asked, he thought he'd remember the guy who helped him but he didn't recognize him. He was a little scared by the stranger coming up to him without reason. At least there wasn't one to him.

"Well more of a I can help you sort of situation, but i'm sorry to scare you off like this. But you really shouldn't be studying here on the sidewalk. It's very dangerous, and it could lead to another hospital trip like before." Hakken replied, apologizing for scaring him.
He hadn't meant to scare Suhyun, and wished he hadn't tapped him, and rather just told him out loud. But that could've scared him as well He thought as he faced back to Suhyun again.

Suhyun's eyes were slightly closed, it was too bright. "Ok. Well thank you for your concern but it's not even that hot out. Also, what do you mean run over by others?" Suhyun packed up his things and stood up. "Oh...one more thing. Not that I really mind, I appreciate it actually, but why are you caring for me so much?"
"Oh, I was just making sure my classmates don't go to the hospital that much. I just care a lot about others, and I wouldn't want them to get hurt that much." He replied, with a small shrug, as Suhyun stood up. He was tall, a bit taller than Hakken, but still tall. Hakken had to look up at him, not by much, but still enough to be looking back up at him. "Oh, I never introduced myself. I'm Hakken." He said, taking his hands out to shake Suhyun's hand.

He felt Suhyuns' hands in his as he gave a soft gasp, feeling the light cold hands he had as he gave it a strong shake. "Nice to meet you Suhyun." He replied, with a bigger smile.

It wasn't an obvious change, but it was still slightly visible. Eventually, after a few seconds, he gave a smile back, as he pulled back. "So, do you have any classes now?" He asked, looking at his watch as he asked.

"Sadly, I do." He replied, as Suhyun laughed, causing his cheeks to turn a bit more flustered. He managed to fumble through his phone to show Suhyun the class schedule for him, as he looked at the time, his eyes a bit shocked at how long they'd been talking. "But uh, I guess I should go, but nice to meet you." He said, with a wave, before heading towards one of the buildings. One, he knew he would be late if he didn't start, and two, he wasn't sure how much more of being flustered he could take by being near Suhyun.
"Oh...that's sad." Suhyun looked at him. "Are you alright? you're face...do you have a fever?" he asked, as he placed his hand on Hakken's forehead. "Oh...alright then. See ya" He bowed slightly as he watched him walk away.
Hakken managed to take a steady breath, as he walked away, trying to find the nearest washroom as he headed in, feeling his head get dizzy as he came up towards the sink to put some water on his face and calm down.
