Sorry, but I'm a bit confused. Which districts are opened now...? Some of the posts say there is a deleted user, so...is that person still here or?
Okay, so no matter what, the first post in this thread with the list should be accurate, or I'll update it within the day. So the deleted user is actually back-- Zion Viola, or Sora, as people call her-- so she still has her characters, but even if she hadn't, just check out the first post. And welcome! :)
Okay, thank you for clearing that up for me. I was thinking something along those lines, but just wanted to make sure before I chose which district to place my tribute in.

Oh, one thing: So the deadline for private sessions, chariot rides, and interviews have finished. Basically they give your tribute more sponsor points. But you will still get a small amount.
Yeah, I noticed that. :/ It's okay though! I'll have the tribute finished in a bit and fix his character around a bit to fit the lower score he would probably get. I'll make him a bit younger and unexperienced so that it makes more sense.

Awhh thanks! Hahaha! I've been a bit iffy with GR lately and recently just decided to get back into HG RPs because I don't know...it's really fun to torture young deranged children in a massacring arena. Anyway, I'm almost done!

Despite being somewhat pompous, Samuel is loyal to his friends and always honest, traits of a true human being. He usually shakes people's hands in a portentous manner and speaks in a somewhat ostentatious and presumptuous manner. He is never afraid to speak his mind, and can readily admit when he is wrong. As a student, he is hard-working and strives to get good marks, which was particularly evident in his fifth year, when he claimed to be revising for his high school exams around nine hours a day. Samuel likes to argue, loves nature and holds fierce ambitions. He is deeply interested in music and art. He has great wisdom and is very compassionate towards the weak. You will never know when a Thomas is profoundly hurt. He hides his deepest emotions behind a veil of humor. The humor may be warm and innocent or cold and ruthless. However, it is sure to be a mask for some other emotion, more often than not.
Samuel lives in his own world, even when he is aware of the rough side of humanity. He has a very sharp memory and tends to remember the minutest of details. He is not very panicky and will keep a calm stance when something goes wrong. He has very good intuition. He is a great organizer and pays attention to details, has a fair and detached judgment, is sympathetic and moody, displays honesty and kindness, loves people and attention and is analytic. At the same time, he talks very quickly and expertly, is passive and stubborn, can know your deepest secrets, shows dedication to duty and overflows with optimism, innocence and zeal.
ＨＩＳＴＯＲＹ:
Samuel was born to two underage parents. They had fallen in love in high school and his mother became pregnant in her junior year. She was ridiculed for getting pregnant before marriage and everyone said bad things were to come in her future. Their supposed good future that had been planned in the earlier days of the pregnancy soon withered and everything began to slowly fall apart at the rims. As said, the couple began fighting and neglecting their son. It was terrible for him to come home. The abusive father came out of his shell once the patriarch of the family lost the support of a big company from the Capitol that invested in his own. Without the support of such a high-rate company, the family company fell into bankruptcy. Of course, it hadn’t been the best marketing business either, having to do with the members building new houses and other structures for people at request. At that time, drinking became regular for his father, and he was the punching bag. But Thomas never once complained out loud to his parents. Over the years, he was given two more siblings, but his parents attitude never changed. The two stayed together for the benefit of their family but it was clear to the children that the absolutely loathed each other. Samuel never felt loved by his parents, nor did his siblings.
His Aunt Melanie resided with a family for a long time before her own death. When he was younger, he loved his Aunt for she was always the one who seemed to actually pay attention to him. His own parents were more focused on his older siblings as they were easier to cooperate with. What Samuel recognized and hid in the back of his mind was that his Aunt Melanie would molest him every Saturday night. Because he loved her so much, he tied the memory of it away and chose to forget it out of his love for her. It was evident though, after her death in an accident at the train station as well as the death of a close friend, Samuel hid himself from others. He became much more extroverted and questioned his reasoning of being alive. He learned later on in his life that his Aunt Melanie was actually an extremely disturbed woman who routinely molested him - explaining his social awkwardness, breakdowns and suppressed memories.
It was no wonder that Samuel might have been a little crazed at his very last days at District Seven to know that the Hunger Games was giving the luck of the draw to the messed up child. He wasn’t particularly a fighter. He was surely a strong armed and strong willed guy who worked hard endlessly to get his part of the deal. Suffering through the seasons of District Seven out in the woods, chopping lumber and using that wood to make those pathetic structures his father was as keen on keeping as a part of his failure of a business. He had always thought that the Games would be the perfect way of getting his freedom from the type of environment he wanted to escape and thanks to the Capitol, who had influenced the effects of how his father had wronged them, his life was now shortening with his chance at any real growth he could have ever gone through.

Samuel is a very careful thinker whenever he isn't focused on the little things that seem to tick him off. His snappy personality and sharp tongue also aid him in lying and improvising; getting things he wants and needs in dire times. He is very good at absorbing information quickly with his near photogenic memory and is handy with a sharp knife for cutting and strong arms for holding an ax steady. Being raised in the woods, he is good at identifying the difference between poisonous and nonpoisonous plants.
ＷＥＡＫＮＥＳＳＥＳ:
Samuel has a deep fear of things going wrong. He hates it when things do not go as planned and everything is falling at the seams, which in the situation he has been placed in seems to occur repetitively. He has next to no knowledge on how to properly fight, or rather to even use a weapon. He could probably get lucky with just a shaky swing of a sword, but it would most likely end in some retaliation that would lead to his death. While he is fast, he isn’t the best navigator and often finds himself lost when on his own.
ＢＬＯＯＤＢＡＴＨ ＳＴＲＡＴＥＧＹ:
Samuel plans to use his wits about him before risking his life running towards the Cornucopia. He thinks that using strategies and plans before action will most likely keep him alive longer. Therefore, trusts in his mentor and plans to aim for a nice weapon, some food and water, and then immediately to search for a shelter or build one himself. Allies are a priority, but he hasn’t quite thought of joining up with anyone yet.

So let's just wait for Sorarin-- Zion--- to confirm, but right now they're at the simple targets, they might move. And you might want to read their profiles, but Sage is a boy, Dylan's a girl, they're fraternal twins from District 1, they haven't talked for a while as Dylan was mad at Sage for leaving their family (long story, but basically their dad had abandoned them and Mom was a drunk and druggy and stuff and horrible), Sage tried to take Dylan with him, as they're best friends but she didn't want to leave their baby sister, so she stayed, and she was super mad at him, but in the Training Center forgave him. Oh, and he volunteered to protect her. And Dylan is a famous ballet dancer. Sora, am I missing anything?

OMIGOSH SORA AND DIANA I HAVE THE MOST FABULOUS IDEA EVER!!!! HE CAN PROPOSE HIS UNDYING LOVE TO DYLAN!!!! Lol, just kidding, but mmm, you never know...
"Sounds like a thing Samuel would do," Diana agrees, "but what if he parachuted into the station with a cake with a proposal iced onto the cake?!"
"Genius!" Julane insisted enthusiastically. "And then Dylan friend zones him, but he takes her parachuting and she think he fabulous, and then tries the cake and falls in love! Ooh, then he'd be majestic!"
o.oSora shook her head doubtfully. "I'm pretty sure he would get shot down with arrows," she said. "But everybody loves cake, so why not?"
After a moment of debate, Zion spoke up. "We will never accept a cake without sprinkles, though. Sorrynotsorry." He snarked, flipping his hair over a shoulder. I mean his shoulder. Not just any old shoulder. That would be weird.
"Zion, why on earth are you flipping your hair over my shoulder??"
"Oh, that's gonna hurt for Samuel...nevertheless, let us make things majestic with parachutes, cake, and lovely proposals!" Diana attempts to cheer a sexy, brooding Samuel up.
Julane shook her head, and whispered to Diana, "I'll take the non-sprinkled cake. Cake is cake, eh?" She turned to Sora and Zion individually, and proclaimed loudly, "Let the RPing begin!"

Zion and Sora both leaned forward at the same time, smashing their heads together. "Ow!" They said in unison.
